The room was clean and really large, it had a table to eat and a kitchen. The view from the room was also nice! The location was not so good but a mall is nearby and so is a train station. to the city center it’s about 15 min by car. The pool and shared space is also really nice! We booked the night before so there was a low price.

The building is still under construction and the floor we stayed on (27) was unfinished. There is also construction noise during the day. You need to pay 200 RM deposit which you only get back after someone checked your room, so plan with 15-20 minutes for checkout. The guy at the reception didn’t tell us that there is construction going on and also were the pool is (10th floor) so we needed to asked around. When construction is done, I think most of these problems will go away.

The room was really spacious and just renewed, view of the city skyline was wonderful, nice gym and swimming pool, the room had all the things I needed.

Near to sunway putra mall (6 mins walk), restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Room very clean and big. Check in was a bit slow cos only one person at the reception but still went smooth except for issue with room security lock which was solved quickly. Was worried about room cleanliness and reviews about pests but think those reviews were for another management (M*ple), which also has rooms in the Chambers Residence. Great view of the twin towers. Roam management has definitely exceeded my expectations and it was a great stay although it was just a stopover.

Maybe can add a bathtub in the room.

The deco and cleanliness is superb! We’re so happy to stay there. The wifi also so good and fast!

Sometime there is a bad smell from the toilet. My husband said maybe it is from the other house since it is an apartment type or water from washing machine. Just close the toilet door and dont worry the bad smell can be reduced a bit and not long time

Clean and comfy unit.

Check in time is only at 3pm but check out time is from 10am to 11am which is too early and unfair for the customers as it’s definitely not even 24 hours stay and check out is too early. Probably should make it from 11am to 12pm at least.

Property was so clean and tidy, very comfortable.

There are some construction works, which didn’t cause any noise problems for us, but some areas on the way up to the room are messy and the bathroom smelt really bad (I think issue with the plumbing or water). Also, there was a washing machine, but no dryer (and no dryer function) or clothes rack so no where to dry clothes. I messaged to ask about this and received no response.

The room is cozy and spacious. TV with netflix, a washing machine and a nice kitchen is an extra marks. The location also very near with LRT station and PWTC that held PBAKL that time. The receptionist wants me to mentioned his name, Kashin. But I think he deserved a credit for being friendly.

Entry is late. I just got the key at 4.00 pm by excuse that the room is not ready due to short of cleaner. The lift is a little bit scary.

The location is good. The room is clean and new. The check in and check out process is very smooth and instructions are very clear. It would be great if the hotel management continues to upkeep this place to maintain this standard

The toilet should have installed shower screen as we don't like the wetness around the toilet bowl after shower. The pillows are not comfortable to sleep on. Should have provide enough boxes of tissue papers and toilet papers.

The room and services was exceeded my expectations as a work traveler. The seamless digital check-in kiosk made arrival hassle-free, and the room design, well-equipped apartment felt like a home away from home. The high-speed WiFi was reliable for work, i have no issue to work inside the room, and the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape after long meetings. Its prime location near public transport and dining options made commuting effortless. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and functionality
