I liked the hot water shower. The parking was not bad. At first I hesitated to park on the roadside because I was afraid of getting fined or towed, but the hotel person assured me it's allowed and there was plenty of space so I parked there and it was okay.

I noticed a brown stain on the bed. The rooftop is empty with just construction work and a balcony. I couldn't turn off the light in the capsule completely. It can be dimmed but it's still a little bright and not good enough for me.

The price is affordable with a very private capsule-size space. Shared bathroom and toilet which is clean. Water dispenser is available. Parking is free. Location is good as it is near to the KL City and is a strategic location to Genting Highland, PJ and Subang (it is not that near but is reachable with driving car). MCD is just oppositie to you. Titiwangsa MRT is nearby but I havnt tried walk to the station yet.

The room space is small. If you stay in upper floor, it needs you to climb up the ladder and there will be sound if you moving around in the capsule-space. The TV and the music system in the capsule is not working. The towel is not given (I get the towel during my first visit).

Its location is very strategic..only a few minutes drive to KL city center..

I noticed that men and women can stay in one room together (there are about 12 capsule beds in a room).. I'm not really comfortable knowing that there's no restriction between genders, unless they are family members of mine, then it'll be ok.. I'm complaining on behalf of the safety of the lady customers.

I went to few capsules before, and this is the cleanest one

The place, clean facilities, shower is good. Bathrooms are clean. Convenient. Near to every tourist spots. Cheap & affordable, yet it exceeds your expectations. Way better than those single bed hotels I've had for the previous Ive been in Malaysia! I would go back to this hotel if ever I visit KL again!! I wish you will have hotels in Melaka & Johor too, somewhere near Legoland!

Nothing much..

It's 0000h, and I had closed the capsule with the access card still in it. Fortunately, the hotel has a 24h reception service, and the staff is available to temporarily fabricate another access card for me to open the capsule again. Indeed grateful for that. It's cooling both in the capsule and in the common areas.

I wasn't issued a bath towel. I requested it later and was given a small towel. That small white towel was more like to wipe the feet dry. And there are not many eateries nearby.

I traveled to Malaysia with my boyfriend, this was the first hotel we stop. Everything was okay, affordable price, and we had the with the city street view, and I liked it. It’s a small hotel but it’s clean (unless the window little bit dust there), comfortable.

The location is far from the center because it’s next to the flyover. But I think not that far, if you want to go to the twin tower, for car only a a few minutes, but if you walk will take 45-1 hour. But I stayed for 2 nights so it wasn’t a big problem to go somewhere by grab.

This is for people on a budget but looking for utmost privacy - capsule hotel is your answer. Especially with this one. The capsule can be locked just like your hotel room. It has ample lighting inside the capsule, plugs, usb port & you can control the temperature and lighting as you like. The capsule and bathrooms are spotless you can eat off the floor (but DON'T LOL). It's opposite McD that you can get your food anytime. There's also free parking for guests with cars.

Apparently the lockers are not usable at the time. I have quite a huge bag. Any bigger and it would be uncomfortable inside the capsule. I don't want to put it outside the capsule as it would block pathways. The location is not the best though, you still need Grab to go anywhere. I have a car so it's fine. But for the hygiene, price & facilities, I wouldn't mind.

The housekeeping guy, Rasel is very helpful and co-operative and is always available at just at your one call!

There isn't much thing I didn't like but yeah few of the capsules need a little upgrade as it might have need maintainence as not working properly and also there is no locker facility separately to keep the luggage and one booking the capsule has to keep the luggage inside it, which takes much space!

The lady on the reception is amazing and very helpful. She found out that I go straight to the airport after stay and decided to not take a deposit from me, so I didn't have to exchange the money before leaving the country and could spend the cash. That's very sweet and mindful. The room was clean, no cockroaches at all. 24/7 front desk and good view on Petronas Towers (from my window).

Wi-Fi is definitely not enough for making video calls so I had to use my roaming for that.
