Good place and I love the style of checkin as well as the basic amenities. They upgraded my room and so I had a great stay 👍🏻

They located me on the M floor, and the traffic noise were just unbearable… it disturbed me quite a bit around 2:45am when the people were racing on the road just right in front, it was so so loud that I woke up a few times.

Our stay at Masroom was excellent. The room and building were clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable and the WiFi was great. The staff were exceptionally helpful, on hand at any time via WhatsApp to help with any issues. We did the self check in quite late at night as our flight was delayed and they sent all the information via WhatsApp with clear instructions so the process was very simple. The hotel is also located not far from KLCC so it was also easy to get around the city during our stay.

It was a great place to stay, no complaints!

I had a really pleasant stay at Masroom Hotel. 1) The SELF CHECK-IN SYSTEM is genius; at least for me this was the first time to experience something like this. It was convenient and fast. The instructions given for the check-in were so detailed and elaborated. 2) I appreciated the PRIVACY of the property too. 3) The LOCATION is great, not far from the city centre. It is easy to get into the city centre even by public transportation. There are also some good and affordable food courts nearby. 4) The CONDITION of the property is good. It is well-maintained and clean with nice and creative decorations. It is good to see that the owner takes care of it. 5) I would also mention the FLEXIBILITY of owner regarding checking in and out.

I would remark only just two minor things which I know the owner will correct. 1) There was a window which is a great plus but it was not properly sealed and soundproof. Despite of this the noise of the traffic still didn’t disturb me. 2) The coat of the ceiling started to drop a bit in the bathroom after I arrived.

The location is around 15mins walk to the nearest train station which is Titiwangsa. Remember to take the exit with brown signage, which is on the right hand side of the train moving forward. Don't take the left one, you will end up at the bus station stop section and will need to take the bridge up to cross over to the other part, not very great if you have big luggage on the way. Not much variety of food courts around, most of them indian food, unfortunately we don't really eat spice food. Late check out is 12pm, but can stretch till 1pm. They give free hot/cold water too. All communication/check in-out was done via whatsapp, I had not met any single staff there.

Masrider Vault Or Masroom Hotel is in a great location with access to many excellent restaurants and public attractions and is within walking distance of the train station. I arrived an hour before the standard 3 p.m. check-in, and they were very kind to let me have my room at 2.00 p.m. without any extra charges. There is hot water, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and it is very quiet. They also have a rooftop juice and snack bar where you can enjoy your evenings while trying some of their nice mocktails and snacks. The rooftop bar is also smoker friendly. Jason and the staff are really helpful and kind. And always there to help with your questions. I really liked my stay there.

The bathroom door doesn't seal properly. But it is not a big issue.

Masroom manager Jason accommodated my request to check-in earlier. The hotel is self check-in and all relevant information was posted to me via WhatsApp. Everything worked as it should and check-in was a breeze. The room itself was spacious and cleanliness at the highest level. Outside in the opposite side of the road there is a wonderful Indian restaurant serving delicious and highly affordable food.

Everything was great about the room. Very cheap & clean.

I really don't like it when we have to pay deposit via debit card. So I choose to do online transfer. But still they hold my deposit and say will be refund on night after 9pm.. I check out at 6.30am, but until 3pm I'm not receiving the deposit yet. I will wait until 9pm tonight. I hope the management can improve on deposit management. Otherwise I will have to think twice before repeating this hotel.

Easy contactless check-in. The host was very fast and reliable to reply on WhatsApp every time. The accommodation was really nice with good views from the 3rd floor. The A/C was excellent. We were offered room cleaning during our stay. The corridors and lift area were always very clean. Overall, an excellent stay. It is a 10 minute walk to the station then 10/15 minute monorail to the centre. From there you can easily access many parts of the city.

loved the building, good size room, entrance way and decor was great.

the aircon was leaky, the bathroom could be cleaner and quite loud in the mornings from other rooms. a fridge in the room would make all the difference. a bit out of the way in terms of location but grab is easy to use and chow kit has its charms.
