Ok so i hv my honeymoon here and my wife suddenly she have a fever and in no shape to come down for the buffet breakfast. So i asked the staff for a favor to bring her some of the food, although the staff said about have to priority the people who came down to eat, he offered to bring more food than i picked for my wife. Hairdryer is broken and they waste no time sending people to replace it although it's 12 in the midle of the night. Other than that, all good.

1. There are hairs everywhere on the bed. Waste 1 hour to calm my wife (she's head of receptionist & housekeeping for another hotel) 2. Call services line for extra blanket, they try to ask me to pay Rm10 but when i cancel it, they just send to me for free. 3. Parking toll should be RM5 but suddenly i have to pay RM77. I have to go up and down multiple times to the reception to clear it.

Friendly and professional staff. They have been responsive to requests for early check-in (with a fee), and other matters too. I felt welcomed in this hotel. Thank you! The rooms have been kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. I appreciated the location of the hotel as it is in close proximity to the facilities I need. Breakfast is delicious. I look forward to breakfast buffet each day. The options available are wide-spread and well-presented.

Some amenities are a little aged. Be patient with maintenance going on, such as lift maintenance which slows down access to lifts during peak timings when there is a huge number of users of the lift. No room service for people who would like very early breakfast after 12 midnight and before 6 a.m. Thankfully I worked around it by getting food from the nearby supermarket and keeping the food in the fridge of the hotel room.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the staff at the front entrance set the tone for what would be a fantastic experience. The team was incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a great view of the city. However, we did encounter a slight issue with our bathroom upon arrival, but the hotel manager Simon handled it impeccably. Within minutes of reporting the issue, they offered us an alternative room that was even more spectacular. The seamless resolution and their commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet at the Zende Restaurant, located within the hotel. The variety of dishes was impressive, ranging from local Malaysian delicacies to international favourites. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service received from the restaurant staff was personal and made us feel like part of their family, (Latif, Faizal and others). It was a perfect way to start each day. The facilities were excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel—from housekeeping to the concierge—were consistently polite and eager to help. The front entrance team deserves special mention for their assistance with transportation and their friendly demeanor, especially Fazul who always made us feel welcome. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Despite the minor hiccup, their dedication to ensuring an amazing guest experience left us thoroughly impressed.

Everything was good. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The toilet was spotless and well-maintained. All basic amenities were provided, including an iron, which made the stay even more convenient.

There were several elevators available, but only one was working during my convocation day. This caused long waits and a lot of frustration, especially during the busy afternoon period. It was very inconvenient for guests, and even a small child ended up crying because the lift kept opening but was always too full to enter. All elevators should be fully operational during peak times to avoid such issues.

it was a very good stay. when I had an issue with water leaking on the bathroom floor the night shift manager Mr. Fawsie what's quick to take care of the situation. when he arrived to my room he said he already had another room ready for me and he and the bell humped help me move my things very pleasant experience with him. all the staff was very friendly. I would return to this location.

Check in staffs need some more improvement. I know it was exhausting to handle hundreds of guests in a day but a simple smile would be enough. The chauffeur Malay guy in green suit was rude to my husband. There were luxurious MPVs ahead of us and he treated them with smile and 5 star service. But when my husband drive in, he rudely told my husband to park somewhere else just bcs we came here with local MPV. 5 star property but double standard service.

being a regular guest to this hotel i can see the breakfast buffets for Malay cuisines is getting plain and simple. e.g provided nasi dagang but dont have gulai ikan/ayam. it’s so weird. kotiow goreng so spicy and dry but Indian and western cuisine dishes are great. pls improve on this

I had an incredible stay at Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur for three days, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, offering five-star amenities with impeccable service. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer breathtaking views of the city. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room's cleanliness and the high-quality facilities available. The staff was always welcoming and attentive, making me feel well-cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of local and international options, all delicious and fresh. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. Overall, my experience at Seri Pacific Hotel was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuala Lumpur.

We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was incredibly spacious and offered many perks. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully take advantage of all the amenities as we checked in quite late. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location right in front of a mall made it convenient for shopping and dining. The suite also offered an amazing view of the iconic Petronas Towers and Menara KL, adding a breathtaking backdrop to our stay.

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Room : Shower and bath with tub is separated. This mean2 persons can go in at the same time to have their shower separately. It saves time. Room service: Up to our standard i.e to return back to our room clean, neat and tidy after attending our conference nearby.

Check-in: Was told to deposit cash RM100 as security deposit. Told the male counter staff that most hotels of Seri Pacific standard would just note our mastercard details as security deposit. Not wanting to dispute we heeded the request. Check-out: Surfaced this issue to Ms Syazwina during check-out and we were told that isnt the case. Hmm. I supposed The Reception Manager need to sort this out with his reception staff so as not to confuse customers. Nonetheless all staff were friendly.
