Staff were addressing all my requests, and very friendly. The apartment was big lot of space, two toilets, medium size fridge, and a good view. No balcony. The infinity pool of the building was also a big plus with a small sauna, there were little businesses in the premises that make life easier considering that is not in a residential area, to get to the main touristic attractions subway was required.

The room toilet, furniture and curtains were old and dirty, this dirt that doesn't go out by cleaning. Was a bit reluctant to use the toilet at the beginning, so I notified the staff someone came to clean it but it looked the same so I eventually just use it.

I'm very worried when first booked because of others review. But everything went beyond my expectation. The breakfast buffet was actually good. I don't understand why some of the guest tell the otherwise. I booked deluxe skyline but got the chance upgrade to excutive skyline for free which has balcony facing KLCC and KL Tower and bathtub! The room is clean and comfortable. Facilities is tip top. Will surely come again.

The entry to the parking and to the lobby is little bit confusing. And lot of foreigner wears inappropriate clothes

Lift went down day day I'm staying...left with just 2 operational lifts causing jam and long queue...lower floor pool not operational as well (kids not allow to enter rooftop pool...pity those family with kids)

YES, 5th floor pool is very nice for kids. 36'th floor infinity pool was amazing and stunning view. just 150 meters to SUN PUTRA shopping mall from the hotel, also we could take LRT from same mall at level no- 1, its very convenient to travel allover the part of KL rather booking taxi or Grab taxi.

There is no smile from front desk reception, except others reception Zahir is very helpful.

The staff who attended to me, Aina was very helpful and friendly.

The lift took sometimes to wait. The floor in the bathroom holds water.

The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing! The Executive Suite had a fantastic view of the city and the room was so spacious and comfortable. The luggage storage was convenient given that I arrived at 5am and the staff were very helpful and nice! Overall, great value for your money.

At the time, there were only 2 elevators that were functioning so it took a very long time to get to the foyer given that I was at the very top floor. During check-out, it probably took around 20 minutes. The shower head was also loose and the hotel location is slightly outside of the city centre so I had to take a Grab every time I travelled to and from the hotel.

Rooms are very neat and clean. The view is also good. Provided necessary amenities.

Check-in time and check-out time, also based on my check-in i came 2 hours early, but still then am not allowed to do my check-in. Also the price showed in booking.com is lesser but when i go there, they asked me to pay via cash and that too high and the reception person said the swipe machine is not working.

Infinity pool cant be accessed, need to take turns. The elevator so crowded while check out need to wait almost 1 hour
