The location close proximity to train station KTM/LRT, amazing view from apartment of KL Skyline, close to mall. Apartment clean with many bed options.

Internet is nightmare I rather do not talk, the staff lack of communication skills, and didn't communicate well even between colleague. I was unable to use skypool just because how they explain didn't good enough or didn't explaining anything at all to me from the start they just the information given in texting. Even meet the PIC no mention at all that need they approval letter to the skypool, yesterday we meet there nothing about this. The deposit another nightmare suddenly 2 hour before check it they told us about deposit requirements before stay and everything is first come first serve basis. Overall poor management with people or between themselves but the apartment is great.

I like the outdoor view– beautiful garden carp ponds, receptions everywhere, few restos, a convenience store, and waiting benches taxi areas. Straight forward, but cleanliness and convenience matter a lot. The location in this area was perfect for travelers. "Taxi-fare-friendly" due to places were close, you'll def save money. Indoor of the entire unit was another story. There are two rooms we went into. The first one was temporary due to the unavailability of our designated room. This unit was dark, outdated, and the view on our glass window panel was neighbors' dirty balconies. But when we transferred to our designated room, it was overwhelmingly spacious, bright, very clean, cozy with great views (petronas tower was waiving) from our glass windows. Choose ur room when booking. Confirm to the host the looks of ur room to avoid ending up in a horror room. That's very important.

The building's lack of manpower in the reception area made it harder for travelers to check in. Travelers who came in past 6pm were on limbo. They need to contact their host. Even guards were unable to help since instructions came from the host holding the unit key. U are lucky if host is still awake at those hours to answer ur raging calls and messages. Irritation level at this point was too high. Some poured out all the blame to the poor innocent guards. (Btw, these are normal occurences only to evening check-in travelers, according to the guards) In our case, we came in at 5am, instructed the host to check in early and even confirmed it, but end up waiting outside near the balcony area (since inside reception has creepy vibes due to dirty couches and too hot- no ac on) up to 7pm.

We booked for studio unit but was given 2 bedroom apartment, which is nice because we got our children together with us. The place is strategic. Got dedicated parking but got payment rm20/day. Check in and check out process was smooth. Got few shops at the ground floor especially convenience store and restaurants.

Got self-service laundry at the lobby but the dryer not functioning well. There's one time the coin machine took my money, stuck in it.

I would say that the entire apartment was so comfortable with a view as per request and the cleaness was good one. Love the stay.

I would like to complain that the check in and check out process was so terrible and the stay treat us like non of their customer. Plus the booking.com shows the amount is RM50 but we have to pay RM103 at the property for the stay. Which feel like get cheated.

We really like the following: 1st the view of the city. 2nd location wise easy to access and easy to find. 3rd the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. 4th complete kitchen equipment including washing machine 5th very secure place

Satisfied with the room provided, reasonable price and big room. The staff is good. Only the parking is a little less, you have to pay foreign rm20. View klcc is the most beautiful, very best.

The swimming pool is limited because only 5 people can enter. After that, it's a pain to go to another block.
