Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and distance to the shopping area and local restaurants. The breakfast was also very good. The stuffs are amazing .I will definitely stay in this hotel once I go back to KL.

The toilet was not flushing very well

The facilities still the old one , toilet are not repairing bidet , flush , curtain shower , room are not fully clean still have a dirty things . Not a good facilites

Staffs are polite, helpful, resourceful and friendly especially the front desk's staffs. For us, the two rooms booked are comfortable. Easy to find too.

The way out from parking was quite an eye-sore and a little congested. Well, what could we say more on back of the alley. It could be a great move if the management put some effort for the back area just a little bit.

last minutes i booked this room for my parents on saturday and unexpectly everything was so smooth. my parents love it so much, from friendly receptionst, cleanliness of the room . this is firstime im givin some feedback cause my parents love it at all. thankyou so much ! recommended & sure will repeat again.

Take package with breakfast. 7am+ all breakfast already served. Many variety of breakfast. The taste is good. Have cafe inside the hotel to having dinner. All staff friendly. Have free parking Got Free cordial when check out

Need to more careful when go to parking lot. Very narrow paths

The kettle provided is plastic material, the water dispenser only at the level 2. the car park at block B, but i stay at Black A. a little not convenient from car park to room. some facilities in Toilet look like almost spoilt (dangerous)

I have no experience about breakfast in hotels,because i prefer breakfast outside,it dosen' mean that it doesn't suit my taste but,my eating habits are like that... The location of hotel i quite good and very suitable for oeople like me

For me there is nothing i dont like, thats why i always choose this hotel to stay when i'm in kuala lumpur

Variety of menu

At first, I am a bit confuse on the location because the hotel has 3 blocks (accommodation vs course venue vs hotel lobby). But later, I am more confident.

Lobby and outside hotel very nice and clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful when needed. Location could be better, but the hotel actually uplifts the neighborhood by being there. Once in the elevator and upstairs, the age of the hotel shows. Beds are stiff, ceiling could use touciing up in my room. Staff cannot help that. They do great no job. 7 Eleven, KFC, ATMs, nearby all less than 5 minute walk. I am fair critic, I still would stay there again but I moved closer to Petronas towers for more sight seeing.

Ceiling, bed mattress. All else good. Would stay again still. Staff wonderful and hotel central to neighborhood.

The parking fee is flat rate it is very good indeed for all the visitor , the room price is very cheap and reasonable with good facilities, surely will repeat in future

Late housekeeping, need to update and inform the reception twice to clean the room, also the parking is not too convenient to search also too park
