This was my second time staying in Premiera. This time Premiera gave me a free upgrade to my room. It was awesome! The room was clean and spacious. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

The lift doesn't have a secure card access. Maybe Premiera should look into improving this in future. Thanks.

The beds were so comfortable and a relief after a long day. The shower was fantastic. Room was a little dated and showed a bit of wear and tear, but other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

Getting to the parking was a little tricky to navigate. We were told we had complimentary parking but when we tried to exit after checking out, we were told by the parking attendant that we still had to pay for it. Very confusing.

Location is best. Near to many eateries, shops n shopping malls tho the shops n malls are not the type of modern hip ones. And surprisingly the hotel is attached to a small mall where u can have meals/fast food if too lazy to walk far. Trains too not far a distant.

No swimmimg pool. Taxis or grabcar take longer time to reach hotel coz the hotel is located along a busy street. The entrance to the hotel is quite confusing causing the drivers find difficulties to drive-in to the hotel front n make them miss the entrance. Well... when they couldn't find or miss the entrance, they cancel our booking coz to make one big round to come back to the entrance takes longer time. 🥴 The hotel should put bigger signage (maybe with lights) for easier entrance to the hotel.

The room was clean, nice view. The silaturrahim surau was nice and clean. The lobby area has nice city view, toilet at lobby was elegant. I really appreciate En Azza at the hotel reception desk, very helpful and courteous.

The lighting at table area is deem and not helpful. The chair and plug are ok for me to do work using my laptop. I am a bit disappointed with the deem light at the table area.

Clean,safe and everything you need from food,leisure shopping,relaxation…all under one roof. Spacious room,great tv channels mainly for families (but no cartoons for the kids) and awesome view outside.

The slight leak from the tap in the toilet but very minimal, nothing concerning. The beds are a little high so families with young children will have to be extra cautious about this however room is carpeted so safety is still there.

Great location. Close to public transport. Quiet neighbourhood. Large room, great view of the city. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom could do with a little upgrade but no major issue for me.

Regarding parking...as a guest out from kl very dificult to find that parking😉 im sesat wrong lift tauuuu😁

location! wo stay here so we can go to Sogo shopping mall and go around Jalan TAR which is very near. close walking distance.. and of course the view of Kuala Lumpur's skyscraper..

the bathroom is a bit leaking and slippery.. but it's not a major problem..

I came to KL for an interview that was carried out just next to the hotel. The location is perfect for my purpose of staying. I didnt want to move alot so it was a good place. i was able to go sogo for meals and for last minute stationaries and even blazer. SOGO was just located 2 mins away (by foot). the reception was very friendly and helpful. i ended up needing a late check out and they facilitated me smoothly. the room has an iron and ironboard ready so that was a super convenience. During my stay there was a leak from the floors above and water was dripping from the ceiling. staff handled it very well and i was given a new room at a different floor. kudos to the team. Big Huge bed and actually quite high bed setting which was interesting.

the building is quite old so the room does look a little worn out but nevertheless clean. the pillows could be a little fluffier but the bed is soft and i did get a good sleep.
