For the price, i think the room is definitely worth it as it spacious for families, and the AC works well. The bathroom is fine. The guy staff was very nice and helpful during the check-in and check-out process.

There were weird smell when we first entered, but after 10 mins we settled in the smell is gone. Need to check on towels provided too as some of it were not really clean to be used.

The location was good and the staff were really friendly. The room was clean ish and everything worked fine. The bed was comfortable and for the money it wasn't half bad.

The noise from the road is a real issue and it seems alot of people like to modify their exhausts to sound really loud, during the night woken but loud cars racing by and Saturday night it was every half an hour all night. Not the hotels fault but some double glazing would go along way. Only saw the room service once in four days, it may be because I sleep in and they come early but it wasn't a real problem.

The iron is not really bad,but maybe for the precautionary measures the management need to change the new iron because the iron a bit sharp .The clothes could damage if we keep to use that iron.Tq for your concern.Soryy for late review

The room is big enough for the two of us. Even the bathroom is big. Location is quite far from the nearest MRT station that we always use (Dang Wangi), but it’s very walkable. Complimentary bottled water and soap/shampoo are given everyday. Hotel location is also near plenty of shops and restaurants. Hotel lobby is cold enough for guests to stay while waiting for a taxi. Staff are very friendly and returned the deposit in full as promised. The hotel rate is affordable for our budget. I took the photos before checking out so it’s a bit messy, but the room was clean when we first checked in :)

Wifi is slow and sometimes doesn’t reach the room. The window doesn’t close properly so the street noise is loud. The air conditioner takes a while to make the room cold. The room has a weird musty smell due to the carpet. There are no hotel slippers or bath maths provided so the carpet is prone to getting wet and moldy. The hotel room needs a bit of refresh and maintenance to have a more welcoming appearance. There is no proper car dropoff so the taxi has to stop at the slip lane or at the main road (I don’t want to be the cause of traffic behind)

The receptionist staff was really helpful, the room is clean, consider value for money, its a superb high class room with low fee. The hotel is very strategic, easily accessibly to taxi, grab, bus, train, nearby restaurants, and shopping and a for a walk as well. Highly recommended. Will choose AKAR Hotel for our next stay.

The room window should be sealed, in a way to protect and more safer. The window can be open and its quit risk for family with kids. Should improve on this.

Quite decent minding some mold on the walls, provided toiletries, water and coffee packages everyday. 24h reception. Good fridge in the room, if you get lucky you have a partial view of twin towers. Neighbourhood is great, many local markets nearby, 7 eleven and big local shop. Theres a smoking room on every floor

Really old facilities, quite noisy street, air-conditioning in our 1st room was barely working. Awfull wifi, recommending to buy a sim card

Maybe there is nothing can be say, but im quite dissapointed since i cant reach them to give a reason why i cant reach their hotel due to the weather which is rainstorm

The room is big and comfort, suitable for my family

No parking. I have to park in public parking lot 50 meters away and walk with small child and drag bag to the hotel in a heavy rain.
