I almost cancel the booking after reading Google reviews. It makes feel sooo anxious to have a 3 days 2 nights at the hotel hahaha. They said that the toilet is smelly, the room is small and also some said that the breakfast got no variation, these making me sooo anxious. We continue to have our stay here as the price is sooo affordable and reasonable, after searching for another hotel for stay, we cancel changing hotel because they are pricey and not as strategic as this hotel. Andddd this hotel is not that bad as i imagined it to be hahahah. Eventhough the breakfast choice is not that much, but it is more than enough, i love the nasi lemak very much. Both days i ate nasi lemak for breakfast, i also love the salads, i love the fruits, mi mamak, the maggi goreng and also the egg station. Oh, my son love bubur nasi soo much. I admit the room is quite small, but it is still very comfortable for us. We just need to have a rest in the room. King bed is more than enough for us! And, the toilet is not smelly as i imagined. It is normal toilet smell. Or err maybe i am not that particular, but i do think that it is okay. hahah. The place got a lot of shops, and also easy access to public transport. Overall, i am satisfied with this stay!

The pool haha, my husband and my son just swim in the pool for 5 minutes, and then came out because my husband says that he feels that the pool is quite dirty haha. And this hotel got no ironing board and iron in room. 不太方便！ Thats it. Other than that, i am a happy customer!

I had a meeting at HKL and this hotel was within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lifts worked well. check in and check out was efficient. The queen room is a bit small, but adequately equipped with a mini fridge, coffee cups and kettle for a solo 2-night stay. Easy to get public transport as the Chow Kit monorail station is within walking distance and plenty of Grab cars around. 7-Eleven behind the hotel. Breakfast is a bit limited but the food tastes good.

There is a faint sewer smell permeating from the bathroom at certain times of the day. The ironing station is outside the room, in a corridor which is a little dark at night. In the morning around 7am -8 am, tour buses line up outside the lobby and may block the exit to the main road if you are driving or using a Grab ride. The neighbourhood is a bit run down, but I expected that.

For the price, the room was certainly worth it. The view is great, u get to see kl city view and partially klcc too. The room is suprisingly much more spacious than anticipated, with lots of windows. The amnieties was satisfactory but you do have to go outside if you need to iron clothes. The food price of the room service can be consider cheap (didnt order though so not sure of its quality)

However, there was slighly unpleasant odour lingers in the bathroom although on the surface, the clealinest of it is okay. Parking although free, was quite limited too so its better to came by grab/taxi

Everything was perfect, from the clean, comfortable rooms to the fantastic location close to public transport and city attractions. The best part of my experience was the staff—they were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality truly made my trip special. I highly recommend WP Hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur looking for a pleasant stay and excellent service.

Stayed 13 days at WP Hotel and it honestly felt like home. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and well looked after and the cleaner was lovely too. Such a comfortable and enjoyable stay ! 🇲🇾 Take the good memories with us.❤️

The street noise at night sometimes.

I had to carry all my bags to my room. There should be staffs to help the guests... The main restaurant gets closed by 8 PM. It should be open at least till 10 PM (local time). Other than these, everything was satisfactory.

The room was clean and tidy and everything worked , pool area is nice the hotel staff are great and the hotel cleaners are very good and is recommended for anyone to stay here you will enjoy Thank You to the whole Staff.

There was nothing to complain about Everything was to my liking i enjoyed my stay very comfortable and enjoyable i will be back to stay here again .

The room is spacious & comfortable. Mini fridge, water boiler, safety box & hairdryer in the room. The water heater & AC work well. The staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Chow Kit MRT

Can improve the breakfast menu, but the price is very affordable, so it's not a big issue 👌🏻

The Room was nice. Great view from the roof! However, KL is a wonderful city and you may find options with even better view here. Enjoy Kuala Lumpur!

No way this breakfast could be ranked as meal from 4* hotel. I didn't like it at all. At least, there was something to eat though. Later I refused from looking hotel with breakfast and found apartments in KL which I liked more. Anyway, still, KL is a place where you would get great value for money! And this hotel also.

Comfortable and clean and good enough for me and my wife. It has the pool. Hot water AC works well CLEAN And Fresh sheets Wonderful view. (I love staying at top level floors) Lobby below has the local mamak cafes. Near to quill city Laundry available beside hotel Masjid very near Very quiet and comfortable Size of room is not too small But above all, it's the cleanliness and comfort I love.

Pool closes too early. And little mould on the shower area. But it's all good.
