The apartment and views was way above my expectations. It was breathtaking seeing the city laid out below and watching the sunset. The host was extremely responsive throughout and was always fast to attend to any little things that made my stay even better. When I checked out, I had forgotten my pearl earrings and asked if they had found them AND THEY DID! They promptly sent me a picture, then let me pick it up the day after. SUPER KIND HOST. GREAT EXPERIENCE. 1000% RECOMMEND.

Door Latch Was Broken. > TV Doesn’t Have Local Channels Manually , Android Box Needs To Have Permanent Account To View Easily. > Needs Arrangements For Waste Disposal Collection. > Lift Needs To Have Proper Scheduled Maintenance. > Unit Needs To Have A Phone Connected To Lobby/Security For Easy Communication When Problem Arises. > Main Lobby @ Level 4 No Aircon.

Overall is good value for money. Suitable for family trip. But please do some maintenance the broken part such as bathroom sink, floor laminate, broken double wall & leaking aircond.

worn condition was apparent, requiring urgent renovation. Despite the charm of the panorama, the necessity for interior refurbishment affects the overall assessment.

Really recommended for family. Its clean and comfortable. Staff pun sangat friendly dan senang berurusan. View malam cantik gila. Tapi floor in master bedroom depan toilet gelembung macam nak tercabut. Boleh repair tu. Apa-apa pun everythings good. Keep it up.

Entrance to the building.. 11 time miss the entrance and have to find it back.. Uhh

Place is quite good and good stafff

Quite old building and old facilities (ceilling fan noisy,aircond leak,water seapage on the wall,some bulb not litght up,room lock not working good)

sop of regalia. didnt mention have to prepare RM200 deposit fee. Bad experience
