Located inside residential area which is quiet all the time. 100MBps wifi internet. Refill hot and cold water supply, the property relatively new. Got roof deck can chill out at night. Free parking onsite

No toilet paper provided. The room a bit small to fit two person with even just small hand carry luggage, small common area. The bed a bit old and too soft .

I was traveling from JB to KB and decided to find a hotel to stay for the night in Kuantan. I called first just to confirm if there’s a room available able. (another hotel in Kuantan was listed as available but calling them ahead I found out they were actually fully booked) I got a double bed room and everything was okay and I believed I got the value for my money. The area is in a neighborhood so everything was nice and quite which was exactly what I was looking for. The guy at the counter was friendly enough and the stay was quite good if you are looking to rest.

The cleanliness of the room is okay but I wouldn’t get my hopes (or standards) too high. When I checked out in the morning the guy at the counter was changing the sheets so I guess only two or three people are running the place so maybe cut them some slack.

Strategic location, easy parking, easy check-in & check-out, fully equipped facilities, reasonable price.There are many interesting, delicious & popular eateries in this town of Kuantan. You can just Google it. Don't forget to look for special food "IKAN FATIN TEMPOYAK". Welcome to PAHANG.

Easy excess from the main road of Jalan Beserah. Aircond functioning well Lots of power points and hangers Parking area secure

Need to improve on the cleanliness because it's walkable with shoes inside the house so need to clean up daily. It can be better if the shoes/sandals not allow inside the house so it is more comfortable.

Nearby all attraction in Kuantan. Super affordable. Dont expect luxury because it is what it is. U get what u paid. But the location is super strategic

The stay was affordable and reasonable for a two night stay.. had facilities such as iron board, hair dryer and a common area to dine with family.. was a very good experience since it was raining we ordered pizza and sat at the baclony there to eat... But our stay was just two days before the horrible flood.. hence it was pouring heavily. During dawn when we woke up our room was filled with water.. my parents room there was water dripping causing bed to be wet . When we seek the staff early morning nobody was there and mentioned closed.. Not to condemn anyone it must have been awhole new experience for them as well.. but they cleaned our room by the time we returned from breakfast and gave a whole new room and shift all our things to a new room by the time we got back . Kudos to the prompt service.. i would choose it the next stay at Kuantan too.
