Self check-in, and the water dispenser outside the room. Clear instructions to self check-in. Fridge is inside the room, is a +1. Water heater +1 Although the parking in front of the homestay is full at night, but there are parking at the side of the road.

I tried texting the property at 12 noon, and was answered the check in time is at 3. I texted again at 2.45pm, made payment, only to get check-in details at 3.25pm. 40 minutes waiting with no explanation? I did ask the reason for the delay, but there was no response. At 07.39am, they sent a text stating the check out time is at 12 noon. I was packing up, at 12.07 noon, they called asking whether I have checked out or not. Some common-sense could be good.

Pros: 1. Clean and comfortable room. 2. Bathroom had towels, shampoo, soap, and a shower cap – very convenient. 3. Room included useful items like tissue, hair dryer, iron & board, mini fridge, and hangers.

Cons: 1. Communication via WhatsApp can be improve more.. As a first-time guest, I felt ignored when asking questions. 2. The iron and ironing board had burn marks. It should’ve been cleaned or replaced to avoid damaging guests’ clothes. Would I stay again? Yes. Just hope to see some improvements next time.

Near to working place, GC Curry House restaurant and Chinese Restaurants. TV had a soccer channel. Overall, the homestay was clean n will stay here again.

12 midnight guests relaxing at the lobby, talking above their voices, disturbing our sleep. Should put up a sign PLEASE DO NOT TALK OR LAUGH LOUDLY AFTER MIDNIGHT. Rooms are NOT soundproof. Ceiling fan full of dust and unable to use bcoz dust will be flying n top of aircon accumulated with dust too. Safety latch broken upon check-in.

the aircond not really working. already 16° but still hot for me. not really feel the aircond. fan speed too slow even though speed 4. I don't like lighting in the room. it's yellow so i can't see my real skin tone. it's make a little hard to put makeup

- i like the self check in system. - I didn't expect for the room to have hairdryer,mini fridge and iron because the room price is really really affordable. And it also have fans incase u don't want to use air-cond. -The room is quite spacious since I still got a big space for me to pray.

- The parking space is quite small - There's a small yellow spot on the blanket

comfort, clean, lighting is very good. Iron is included in the room, so helpful. heater function well.

Parking is limited, door toilet need to brush. When open the door's toilet, the main door will vibrate too..so there was like someone outside the room trying to open it, but it's not.

The homestay is near to alot of shopping lot, easy to find food and neccesities, and the honestay is not far from the city.

The toilet lamp did not function. I did not feel the aircondition in my room eventhough i set the temp to 16°c.

Room comfortable, privacy good, environment good, got coway, got wifi also but cannot connect, else's good👍

Have to wait long to check in, instead of family room that we booked. We got 2 single room. But its fine. Not a big deal
