For a budget hotel, this hotel is exceptional and value for money. The front desk staff is friendly. The room is clean and the aircond is cold and functioning well. There is lift so it is elderly friendly. Ample parking in front of the hotel but will need to pay during weekdays under Majlis, but it is cheap. If you are EV car user, there is charging station only 3 mins away. So that is a bonus.

We were called a day before our stay that there is no double bed available despite booking a double bed room. If we knew before paying the full amount, we would not proceed to book the hotel. We can't cancel also since it is a public holiday, and no better hotel was available. The staff however help to combine the twin bed together before your arrival. The bed still easily slide apart, so family with kids might need to call in advance if you need a proper double bed room. It is also 15-20mins away from city center. But for price, I would still recommend this hotel.

I had a truly pleasant stay here during my trip to Kuantan. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions and eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. If I ever return to Kuantan, this will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

I got the family room (2 queen bed) with fluffy pillow. I had a good rest after a long drive to Kuantan. I arrived and check-in at 8pm and the registration went well. The room was equipped with a small fridge and iron board which makes my stay easier.

The toilet bowl cover was not repair haha. We had already called the receptionist and told him about it.

parking is easy but you have to pay RM0.65 per hour which can be paid using tng eWallet. room is nice simple and comfortable for the 3 of us. Location is easy to get to and not in a crowded area. it has a lift, water pressure is high, room lighting is very good, security in and outside the hotel is good.

toilet looks clean but a little bit of urine smell at the toilet bowl. For Muslim you need to go about 3-6kms to find an eating place. for others, there are many Chinese restaurants that you go around or near the hotel.

This is a no-frills hotel, so you need to manage your expectations when you check in! All the staff are warm, friendly and have a cheerful disposition. Although there isn't a cafe on site, there are plenty of kopitiams, restaurants and fast food eateries nearby!

Private parking is NOT available at the hotel. However, there is paid public parking nearby the hotel which you pay using the coupon system from 8.30am to 6.00pm which is easily purchased from the 7 Eleven nearby. You don't want to be caught with a summons which is a hefty RM300.00!

the hotel location is near town and very easy for parking. also the staff is friendly and helpful.

the room is nice, just the floor a bit dirty like u can feel it gritty and dusty. maybe cleaning team have to mop the floor.

No free parking. It is a public car park so need to pay as usual. Also there is no guard at night to watch the car park. There's no cupboard in the room which is small.

The hotel is new n well maintained. I had asked for a change of rooms. I dd not realise tht i had booked a room without a window. Th receptionist n her friend quickly responded to my request. Parking was convenient. Its a 1 star hotel but wth a lot of pluses. ha ha... good job! Th hotel too ddnt have a crowd. So no long queues. Check out too was quick.

all's well. The electric kettle n air cond is a luxury. Yes... highly recommended for guests who want to have a simple but a clean no fuss hotel.
