After booking, received a message from hotel to check in by 4pm. Else booking would automatically get cancelled. Had to call hotel to inform of estimated arrival time. We had things to do before checking in. Setting this rule is very inconvenient to customer. Never had this rule before when booking other hotels, customers should be allowed to check in anytime within hotel's check in hours.

Outstanding Staff Recognition – Mei Ting, Fuller Hotel Kulim I would like to sincerely commend Mei Ting, a staff member at Fuller Hotel Kulim, for her outstanding service that went far beyond expectations. Her actions deserve to be recognized and rewarded by the hotel management. During my recent stay, I wanted to surprise a friend for her birthday at exactly midnight. The birthday cake was in my car, which was parked in a spot visible from our room window. I couldn’t retrieve it myself without spoiling the surprise, as my friend was watching from the window. I turned to Mei Ting for help, and what happened next truly left me speechless. Even though her shift was ending at 12am, she didn’t hesitate for a second. She kindly offered to handle everything. At exactly midnight, she went to my car, got the cake, prepared it beautifully, and brought it to my room at the perfect moment — all before heading home. She did all this quietly, without expecting anything in return. This level of dedication, thoughtfulness, and personal effort is extremely rare. Mei Ting made the night incredibly special for us, and it's clear that she takes immense pride in her work and in creating memorable experiences for guests. I strongly believe Mei Ting deserves formal recognition for her exceptional service. Staff like her are what set a hotel apart and create loyal guests who will always return. Thank you, Mei Ting. I did not pay for the breakfast but there is a nearby Yasmeen Nasi Kandar that can offer you variety of menus. The restaurant is just next to the hotel building and there is a hypermarket within walking distance and also Petronas nearby within that area.

The number of parking is sound limited and the space provided also a bit difficult for bigger vehicle such as 4X4. For those driving a car should be OK to park in front of the hotel area.

Fast check in & check out until 1:00 PM ✅ Good location, easy access to Kulim town center for my appointment. Eating places just next door & around the corner. They open till late, so food was no problem. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Good value for my short stay.

Spacious, vending machine offering a good enough selection if guests happened to arrive at odd hours and need some quick fix 😉

I could not locate any water dispenser - maybe there is 🤔 Maybe can have a connecting rooms for parents with young children - too big to stay in the same room with their parents but too small to let them stay in a separate room without access.

Compared with my previous stay I would say, in terms of reception service and housekeeping service, all has improved. I actually prepared to clean the floor (from previous experience 😀), but ended up I was amazed that the floor was very clean I deed. I don't have to do it myself. And housekeeping also make sure my kid's soft toys are arranged with a touch. Well done.

My room is at the 4th floor. And it will be very annoying when the function is on going on the upper floor and you can hear from your room, people dragging a chair and sing a karaoke. 😰😰😰

The room is spacious and minimal design. Simple and clean. Had an emergency situation, the staff was really helpful resolving the situation.

Stayed more than 1 night, they just tidied the bed, didnt change the sheets. Aircond was not tht cold, complained, but didnt fix anything. The reception was couldnt care less type when guest keep cutting queue lines ..

The counter staff must be able to assist when being ask basic questions like ‘where can we find a good breakfast’ or ‘can you suggest the best restaurant for local lunch’ etc instead of just answering ‘I don’t know’.. yes we can google it but sometimes we need a suggestion from a local people to decide…
