**Review of of Capital O 89344 Labuan Avenue Hotel** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Capital O 89344 Labuan Avenue Hotel for one night from November 23 to November 24, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The lobby had a modern and inviting ambiance, setting a positive tone for my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel’s location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options. I took advantage of the on-site restaurant for breakfast, and I was delighted by the variety of choices and the quality of the food. The breakfast staff was also friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my visit. Overall, my stay at Capital O 89344 Labuan Avenue Hotel exceeded my expectations. No lift but it’s okay I’m fit person.

Fantastic location just a block away from the ferry terminal. There's lots of restaurants and stores close by. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is relatively clean and WiFi works well.

The room gets a bit stuffy even with the AC running. In a room with no window it would be nice to have light switches or some small lamp next to the bed, so you don't have to get up and walk next to the door to turn the lights on.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Labuan Avenue Hotel. The rooms were spacious for 4 pax room (double queen room). The staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there's no lift, you have to climb the stairs to reach our rooms up to level 2. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

The only thing that was disappointing was that no lift found for 2 stories hotel.

Location is very strategic, The staffs were very friendly, Very clean, good facilities, space for Double delux is very big

TV shows only 2 channel, if possible can upgrade to better (Netflix/ more channels) Hair dryer not in room The towels if possible must smell nice Wifi need to be good/ experienced 1 night without Wifi

For the price paid, 10/10. Great, central location. The hotel is located about 1 minute walk from the main ferry terminal, is in the centre of town, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Maxim taxis are plentiful here if you want to visit other parts of the island. Labuan jetty is next to the ferry terminal if you want to visit the nearby islands or water villages. The hotel is clean and the room spacious. Wifi is good and the air con effective. I had a standard double (no window but mostly very quiet). The bed was very comfortable. There is a water dispenser on the first floor so no need to buy bottled water. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were very friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Nothing. You can't expect anymore for the money that you pay.

This location offers the convenience of being close to the center of everything. The accommodations are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The air conditioning unit does make some noise, which might be noticeable to light sleepers. It is a minor issue, easily overlooked given the other positive aspects. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay.

Wonderful option in the center of Labuan. 2 minutes to the ferry terminal, 10 to the bus station, 30-40 minutes walk from the airport. No need for taxis. Friendly management. Spotlessly clean in every detail. Quiet night and day. Food and shopping all around. Pleasant shared kitchen behind the reception with fridge, microwave, cookies, hot water, coffee/tea. Water dispenser on the landing so no need for wasteful plastic bottles. Clear information about ferry timetable. Fast wifi.

No lift. Not a problem for me but it could be for others.

The staff is very nice and helping and caring and all. The room and bathroom was clean. I din't have a window, but that's what you get with the cheapest category. I was still happy with my choice since you can walk everywhere on the island from the hotel.

Nothing to complain about. Internet was out one day and it took the night to get it fixed.

one of the housekeeping staff behaved inappropriately when (badmood) I asked to clean the room in advance. I'm disappointed because I paid for the service there but she didn't seem sincere to clean my room. Shouldn't that be her job? no need to be angry.

All in good conditions, facilities all excellent & the staffs are kind. Really love the room & facilities. Comfy bed and bathroom.

Should provide a lift, hard to carry heavy things. And the pillows feels uncomfy cause its so thin need to get more soft and fluffy pillows for customer.
