From the moment we arrived at Tiara Hotel Labuan, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the peaceful ambiance of the location, and the overall hospitality. I had requested an early check-in as I was traveling with kids, and not only did they accommodate us ahead of time, but the check-in process was also incredibly smooth and quick—completed within 30 seconds. The receptionist, a very kind and professional lady, ensured we didn’t have to wait at all. Our luggage was taken care of immediately, and we received our room keys, Wi-Fi access, and room number within a minute. The property itself is stunning. There’s a beautiful pond full of fish, which the kids absolutely loved, along with a well-maintained children's swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and natural trees, giving it a calm and almost surreal vibe. To top it off, the beach is just 100 meters away, adding to the experience. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious meals at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was included for free, and everything we had was fresh and well-prepared. Upon checkout, our flight was delayed, and once again, the receptionist was kind enough to let us extend our stay a bit longer at no extra charge. They even offered us a free shuttle to the airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, Tiara Hotel Labuan exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff, service, surroundings, and overall value were all top-notch. I will highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Labuan and will definitely be coming back.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike about Tiara Hotel Labuan. The only minor inconvenience was that there isn't a shopping mall within walking distance. However, this was not a big issue at all — the Financial Park Mall is just about 5 minutes away by Grab, and it cost under 5 MYR, which is very reasonable. In fact, I completely understand and appreciate that the hotel is located in a quieter, more natural area, which adds to its charm. The peaceful surroundings, less crowded environment, and beautiful natural setting more than make up for the slight distance from commercial areas. Overall, there was nothing I truly didn’t like about the hotel. Everything was excellent, and I left completely satisfied with the experience.

What a lovely place to spend 3 nights in , our room was beautiful , very clean and comfortable . The hotel is really nice throughout and surrounded by a tropical garden . The food was very good , breakfast was a bit restricted for non- Muslim guests as it was Ramadan but we were well provided for . We enjoyed everything about this hotel and thought it was excellent value both for the accommodation and restaurants and bars where the prices were very reasonable for this standard of hotel . The hotel has a free shuttle to the town of Victoria , we also got the hotel to call a Grab car to go around the island a bit , these are very reasonably priced and almost wherever you go the staff will call for the next one , it made getting around much easier than we expected . We came by Ferry from Brunei to Victoria , Labuan , the biggest problem here is finding the information as to Ferry schedules as they only publish them for a two week period , you can book online from Labuan to Serasa port Brunei but not when leaving Brunei so we just turned hoping there would be a ferry (there was) . It would be good if the Labuan Tourist authorities improved this lack of information as it must prevent some potential guests from travelling . Great staff throughout and a particular thanks to the lovely young lady receptionist who was so helpful .

The hotel complex is a little dated but for me that adds to the charm. The suite room on the 4th floor is spacious and has a sea view. The gardens are well maintained with ponds and a decent sized swimming pool. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The resto has a variety of western and Asian dishes at a very reasonable price. The 2 onsite bars are well stocked and also quite cheap. I have stayed here twice now and will stay again next time. Overall a great place to relax and not break the bank. I regularly stay in hotels and for the budget this is up there as one of my favourites. Thanks to all the staff.

The air force has manoeuvres sometimes so it can get pretty noisy but not the hotels fault of course. My only qualm is I think they should supply water dispensers so we have a choice not to use plastic bottles.

The staff were very helpful, received excellent service in the bar and restaurant, offered multiple transfers to and from the town including airport transfers. Requested a late check out and they were able to facilitate and always were willing to help. The food was good value and tasty. Room was excellent size and the bed was very comfy, has an old feel but that adds to the charm.

The gym had no air conditioning but had all the equipment needed. Would be nice if the gym was open earlier.

the size of the two bedroom suite was as big as a standard three room condo. The rate was affordable with breakfast included. The beds were comfortable and generous bathroom amenities were provided. Very satisfying stay. Excellent.

Nothing to dislike but noted that the resort is under the flight path to the airport but the noise levels from a landing aircraft is negligible and the airport is not a busy airport.

Got upgraded to 3 rooms villa for free cause the ac was broken. Love it when we entered the lights, fan & ac were on, like its welcoming you from the hot weather outside. My mom loved it so much that she wanted to choose here again when we come to labuan next time. Anyway lurve!!

Maybe you can change the check-in time earlier than 3pm and I think you guys should replace the shower head cause the water was not slaying. I kind of didn't enjoy my shower.

The spacious room and its lay-out. Good to have a balcony and being on a high floor, we can see the ocean. Nice comfortable sofa sets. Basic kitchen with a sink. The buffet breakfast is a good spread and offers a change during our 2 days there.

The TV channels are very limited, need to improve on that. The shower head is not working well, need to do maintenance. Will be good to have a microwave in the kitchen.

The property was very clean our suite was huge. Although in need of some updating it was excellent and the staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. The pool was very quiet and very clean. The choice of food was great plenty for everyone’s taste.

Very friendly and courteous staff who were always happy in their work. The barman was one of the best and nicest men I've met in over 60 years of travelling. The grounds and public areas are immaculately kept. The courtesy bus to the airport and town is a bonus. The meals are well cooked and served and breakfast has something for everyone.

Observation: When the customer orders a starter & main course, please don't serve them together.
