The hotel nearby Marina Jetty (3.5km). Located beside the main road, easy to find. Can self-check in at the reception. Hotel provides refill water machine, shampoo+shower gel, hangers, toilet tissue but no toothbrush..Parking area is available. In general, you get what you have paid. It's enough to use for short stay.

The bedsheet got few stains on it and old blanket type. Toilet's abit small without air circulation.

The check-in was really easy, it used a self-service kiosk. All you have to do is to put your booking number and it will issue a room card immediately. You also can pay using bank card. The room was just nice, clean and not that spacious but comfortable.

I booked the hotel for my weekend trip to visit HUT ATM 2023 in TLDM Lumut. The hotel was near Gate 1 and 11 minutes drive to Gate 1 and Lumut Waterfront. DIY, Family Mart and ZUS was just 5 minute away. It was easy to get essentials and food. Also, the staff was really friendly. I sent messages to the hotel enquiring about my check-in and check-out details, and the replies were quick!

For the price I paid, I don’t have anything to dislike.

Worth every penny but if you have difficulty and needed an elevator to your room then this is not the right choices

Muddy and ponding water at parking area in front of the hotel when and after raining. Might dirty your shoes unless you spot for a dry surface to get rid of those ponding area..The parking area belongs to the local council and we do not blame the property owner entirely but is good if they can do something for the benefit of customers and what not.

The staff was really friendly. I sent messages enquiring about my check-in and check-out details, and the replies were quick. The hotel was located 10-12 minute drive away from Lumut waterfront and Marina Island.

Reasonable price, easily to upgrade. Staff very welcome and friendly. Clean and easy.

No water boiler in room, need to walk outside to coway. Same goes to ironing. The toilet little bit smelly some how after using it. No ventilation for the toilet. Car parking is fine but the drain very smelly and dirty. The bed is hard, but affordable to sleep anyway.

I really like the way their staff treat me & my family. Very polite, patience. . they got work ethic. Very nice. The room is clean.. The size is same to the price. If want better room, go get the 4 or 5 star hotel. Overall My family and I can say, its good to stay here. Thanks CK Hotel. Keep it up. see you Next Time

Others customer not understand the facilities that hotel provide is for sharing (e.g iron with iron board). Simply take into their room. For room service, hopefully after this can provide at least coffee & tea instant ya..
