I like the room. So clean. Have bath tub. Got open pool. Big swimming pool. Closed at night. Restaurant opposite the road. +-3km to teluk batik beach.

Parking lot not so clean. Many garbage here and there.

Aircond unit in living room need to service and bath tub in master bedroom need to repair its drain hole/pipe (stagnant water)

Checking in and out was so easy

There was only one elevator and the surroundings were a bit scary

The unit is well taken care of. Very clean and cosy.. the sea view from the unit balcony is so wow.

The water from the shower is kinda slow for me. How I wish it could have been faster. The pool isn't well maintained. Many tiles are broken and to my surprise, the pool is sandy below due to the broken tiles beneath it. I'm not blaming the owner, in fact the management should have solved the problem before the school holiday starts.

The location was good, near to seafood restaurant. The apartment is clean. Water heater=good Aircond=good Kettle=good Refrigerator=good

Hope the owner provide more glass/cup and spoon & fork & also should provide 3in1 coffee or tea.

The most frustrating issue was the air condition in the master bedroom wasn't functioning. During el-nino season, me and my husband just can't stand to hold for one night even though the sliding door was opened widely. There were so hot and finally, we decided to just stay with our kids in the other room. There were 2 single beds and each of us squeezed in.. me with my 12 yo daughter while my husband squeezed with my 9 yo son. Even though the scenery were breath taking because the unit facing the sea, but lizard/ bird dungs was everywhere at the balcony. I have to wear sandal to make sure I wasn't stepped on it. And one more thing, there were no jug kettle even though there were mugs available.
