It’s lake view. And guess what, it’s new year eve and we just sat in the balcony to watch the fireworks..its amazing

2 of the towels got unpleasant smell. And the air conditioner in the living room was leaking. Other than that, everything perfect.

It’s a cozy place for hang out, have a very good parking space nearby the room (nearest is 15 steps from the car door to door if you are lucky get one). Easy to take in and out stuff from your car. Keyless entry that allows easy check in. Not much of fodies around walking distance but still good for getaway vacation.

Foodies & convenient shop not nearby

The accomodation was pleasant; super comfort bedding set, and the toilet was also nice. Extra credit to the the stay's owner, she was so helpful and very kind...overall we were so happy with the stay...cant wait to come again..

Building management can improve the hall and elevator's air conditioning, it's too hot like no a/c turning on at all

The view from the balcony was very nice. The apartment was also very clean.

The sink cabinet need to be change due to bad condition. The material (wood type) might not suitable with water. The towel also a bit smelly.

We love the place it was nice spacious and clean and all basic facilities was available. And noy to forget the host were very kind to entertain to any enquiries. We checked in rather late at about 4pm i guess..

Only problem was the heater, its only hot no cold. So for kid to bathe it will be too hot for them. Even for the adults. And also there no dressing table and mirror in the room. Makes it hard for us to get ready to see the mirror. We need to look at the mirror in the bathroom which is rather not very convinient. Maybe only this unit that we got. And also the beach for kids to bathe is the nearest in teluk batik. So its not as close as it mentioned

Spacious.Room 307 with spectacular view. Extra 2 matress provided. My baby was happy because theres ample space for him to walk around. The room was clean with only minor issues. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for family with kids.

All the towel smells funny, there were make up stain on one of the pillow sheets (luckily extra pillows provided by the host). They should changed the toilet door and repair the bathroom ceiling.

This location is in Marina Island. It is quiet and peaceful, but not near any food so you'll need to drive a few minutes out to get some food. In the front is the marina with yachts from all over the world and behind is a lagoon. It's a good place to relax and I must admit, I got more sleep that I expected which is a good way to de-stress.

There were three of us so my wife and daughter got the nice comfy king sized bed while I got a mattress on the floor. If you set your expectations right, it's actually no big deal. The mattress I got was relatively good quality and I did get more sleep than I expected.

The apartment and bedroom were nice and clean. Room facilities were adequate. Bed was soft and comfortable. Kitchenette had enough dining utensils with fridge and microwave. Overall, the unit was up to my expectations.

My suggestions to improve: 1. Internet wifi 2. A dressing table with mirror 3. Pillows were too soft for me, but I understand that is a personal preference. 4. Extra pillows and blankets since the unit fits 3-4 people. 5. More electrical power points would be excellent.

1. Its will be much excited if having outdoor chair & table to enjoy stunning view. We pull out inhouse chair to enjoy coffee and get nature vitamin D. 2. Some mark/stain on toilet wall& door 3. If can hang 1 big mirror in bedroom since once someone using toilet others cannot do make up😅
