I booked 2 units of Damai 1 Bedroom. Very satisfied with the cleanliness👍 & impressed with the quality of bedding coverings & towels. The rooms were also big equipped with basic cooking utensils & electric double stove...so cooking is possible since eateries were quite a distance into the town. The swimming pool was nice with slides for the kids..& also a big pool for the adults.

The two units that I booked were in different blocks..A & B. So we had to be separated during our 3 days 2 nights stay there. We were not informed of this during booking time & were very very upset due to this. Furthermore, though it had a private beach shared with Double Tree Hilton nearby(need to drive @ take a paid buggy) we could not have the pleasure to enjoy it since it is not conveniently accessible to old folks/baby strollers. The beach wad quite far from the parking area & we need to go downhill several flights of stairs to reach it. Imagine coming back up after that!! Last but not least, beware of monkeys! They managed to snatch some items/food from our packed plastic bags when we arranged them outside to load into our car during check out.🤦‍♀️

When i first reach the place, I was shocked how shabby the building from outside. But the moment i entered the room, it is well maintained, clean, comfortable and even spacious. Unlike renting houses at airbnb that always give microfibre towels and no coffee & tea provided, SGI Villa provide a real adult size decent cotton towels & little kitchen with mineral waters, coffee & tea sachets either in studio unit and bedroom unit. I love the balcony that facing the greenery. We decided this place gonna be our staycation whenever we visit manjung/ lumut

the building looks shabby but it is not important to me. No cafe after 7pm

The villa was superb. 👍 very cozy and comfy interior, fresh new look, space is just nice for us with 6 adults n 4kids. Spacious rooms n bathrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped. Balcony and the view is breathtaking. Big value for money 👍 All of us were very happy and even considering to come again.

The checking in and out of villa takes quite a long time. >30mins waiting eventhough we came on time for checking in. Luckily upon checkout we were entertained with a tour. Thank you for the lovely staff. The downside is, villas are not near beach. But thy do offer free bufgy ride to reach there. The villas hv beautiful hill view though. Surrounding view of the resort appears dry n some are still under renovation. Looking forward to see them refreshens n new soon!

Absolutely spaceful and beatiful rooms with only poor equipment for any cooking.

You have to spend lot of time here with food searching. Excellent facilities for golf players and other family members are not supported ANY options of beverages. You may find only one poor restaurant 1 km far from accommodation.

The environment is good for family.

The location is a bit too far for dinner. Restaurant on site close at 6.30pm.

The room was spacious, clean and comfy. There's water slide at the pool. There's playground too. My children enjoy our trip

Nothing. Everything was excellent

The acomadation were excelent and clean. Fit comfortably for family of 5. With the facility witin the acomadation it was very value for money. Will come back again for next vacation.

The villa

Stayed in 6 villas so the fam mixed up the kitchen utensils provided by the hotel..ended up paying because 1 spoon were unaccounted for during check out

The corridor was not maintain very well.. can improve more... But overall, its a clean & calm place to go...
