I like the view from hotel facing the sea and jetty. You can see Pangkor Island from the room balcony. The outdoor activities also provided by the resort such as kayak and boating.I like the parking too, very close to the room. If you stay at level 2, can just park your car next to your room door.

The tv in the room is not equipt with channel or network. So no choice have to on your gadget to enjoy the movie or streaming. There's astro box but not funtioning, wifi is not provided hope the resort can open to guest.

A convenient location personally for us as it is very near the jetty to Pangkor Island & PLR. The hotel is suitable for family with small children. We got sea view rooms with superb view. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Good size fridge, sofa, dining table, tv with astro, extra bed & towels for each guests provided as per booking. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Mr. Ros especially provided so much assistance during our stay, making sure everything were in order. Thank you for the hospitality.

The vending machines are located at the parking area at ground floor so if you park there, then only you know they exist. Maybe more suitable to be placed near the security booth at the entrance, or provide a signage so that people know where they are.

The Receptionist who served us His name is Ros He was very helpful and polite. Gave us a very warm welcoming and we felt so happy for the service that he has given to us. The digital door is also very convenient for the guests

The colour of the wall, too many cartoons on the wall,it made the studio not classy looking. preferably one colour.For example, the whole unit in white colour . The TV wire did not fit to the wall properly.It could be very dangerous for children,they might trip by the wire and would fall. The hand shower was also spoilt. Needs to be replaced.

Marine Island was more isolated than we expected … it obviously thrives on the car parking fees for the travellers to the island… plus presumably on the boat repairs and chandlery

The locations is gud. Clean n tidy. Except the bathtub 😅.

Arrived at 3pm, but cannot check in, since the room not ready. Have to wait until 3.30pm. Then, the door lock got some issues, need to wait until 4.45pm😅. There is no toiletries. The bath tub / spa bath tub ? Hmmm… 😂.

The service was excellent! Perfect English spoken and understood at all times. 5star service. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Wonderful ambience.

The property is cozy and spacious. Its suit for a small family. The parking also organised accordingly for their guest.

Everything is ok.

We like the outside environment,sunrise,sunset and the paddle boat as well..

Noticed the water heater didn't hot at all.. Would like to suggest that if you have a dining table it will be great 👍👍👍

The fridge in the room smells bad, and the packaging of the soap and shampoo is poor.
