love the room, spacious , the beds are comfortable, the staffs really helpful, the breakfast delicious, the variety quite okay, but must give the credit for crusty and delicious waffle, and stuffy omellette. the pools also big. beautiful scenery

Surprised to see how big the room was! Could easily fit 10 people. We were 3 adults and 4 kids and we Came with mother in law so everyone fitted well, didn't feel cramped at all. Everything was clean and aircond was super cold. Bathroom had bathtub and water heater worked well. Loved that it had a small kitchen to have small meals. We bought breakfast and ate at the spacious balcony with the beautiful sea view. Pools were nice and kid friendly. No strict rules with attire 👍🏻👍🏻 Beach was near but not suitable for swimming. Will absolutely come again. Worth the price.

Tv only had basic channels. Beach was not beachy enough.. couldn't swim. Arrived a bit early, around 2pm++, and husband asked to check in early but receptionist called husband Pakcik and simply said, tak boleh check in lagi pakcik. Pakcik?? please be more professional. Not asking to call Abang but You can use Encik, instead. He's only 36. Have stayed in other hotels who let guests check in a bit early if they arrive early. Mother in law who's a light sleeper said she heard 'someone' at the toilet who would flush about every hour. We were all sleeping soundly. Maybe 👻 had a tummy ache

i like the size of the room...and it comes with a complimentary breakfast for 3. The room itself is spacious. The living area plus the pantry is also spacious. My room comes with a spacious balcony overseeing the lake / pool area. Variety of food to choose from during breakfast and plenty of parking spots are available. Local foods and coffee are easily accessible and located not far from the hotel.

Too quiet at night. The video promo for this hotel is way too interesting compared to the actual situation of the hotel right now. Maybe it was due to pandemic, most of the hotel attractions shown in the promo video can't be seen in reality. The hotel should promote their place to attract more people to come because it is a very nice place to stay.

I love the cleanliness of the room and the minimalist design of the room and also the toiletries provided.

I dont like when the resort cant fulfill my request such as I booked extra large double bed, however when I entered the apartment, what I got quit dissapointed. They gave me 2 single beds. I understand that the room depends on the availabality but this situation need to be improved for the future. One more, no iron provided for the room and need to bring my own if I come again.

All facilities are good, up-to-date, clean. Friendly and polite customer service. Fast and easy check-in & check-out process. Enough parking space. There are many interesting places to visit. There are many good places to eat. 10 minutes walking distance to Marina Jetty.

The room is quite big and suitable to my family. Room is very clean.

i. TV channels reception not good. ii. Iron was damage by previous occupant and stain/burnt. iii. Cleaniness for the dishes in the restaurant must check properly before being used by guests.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had wonderful time at the pool too. The scenery was breathtaking....took many pictures there. Will definitely repeat staying there in future.

Maybe they should upgrade the floating carousel.

No channel on my TV. So, boring at all. The iron plug is China/korea plug. And they didn't give you extension.

The breakfast is my family's favourite. It's comfortable for family since it has 3 single beds. A beautiful place to stay for a 3 star hotel

The paddle boats might need some maintenance, it's corroded.

The receptionist is friendly. Plenty of carpark space and it is free.

The room is not so clean as i can feel the dust on the floor. Dust everywhere even on bedsheet. They should at least mopped the entire floor.
