Very good and comfortable, clean and the room size is just nice for two, staff are amiable
There is no lift facility, and it is difficult to carry big luggage, and it is not friendly for senior citizens and OKU (if the room is located at the first floor)

Friendly staff. Comfort solid bed and pillow. Housekeeping well done.
Tooth brush not provide. Air conditioner compressor is noisy and louder during midnight, especially room319 and I can felt the vibrations and noise. Soundproofing need to be inprove. Certain room usb charger not in good condition.

It’s clean and got friendly staffs.
Not soundproof. Can hear next door talking on phone very loud and clear, ppl walking up and down the stairs and after 10pm still have visitors laughing out loud in the hallway

Friendly and helpfuk staff. Feel safe when you stay there.
So near with the convinient store like 7eleven, speedmart, laundry shop.

1. Very clean and comfortable 2. staffs very friendly and helpfull 3. I travel with my 4 years old daughter, then I choose room without window and it's comfortable for us. 4. Aircond and flat tv provided 5. Lots of parking Overall, worth it for money and hope can check in again in future

Safe for solo lady traveller, well trained staff, easy to book rooms and hotel has a nice clean fresh smell as well.
Nothing but if i have to say then maybe the maintainence should check some light bulbs which need to be changed (fused).

Everything is good, very worthwhile to stay at cheap price
It would be better if an iron could be borrowed for use in the room, instead of having to iron your clothes in the hallway.

Love the place... near shop lot, very easy to find food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. and 7e and 99speedmart was near.. within 1m walking distance.

Staff is friendly and helpful, location ok, room is clean
No hanger in my room, can't hang my clothes after ironing. Water dispenser not in good order during my stay. No lift, not friendly for old seniors and OKU.
