-No nasi lemak at breakfast (it's a must for promoting malaysia famous breakfast). I have to go other place to find nasi lemak for my breakfast. -Use plastic spoon, plastic plate. Aiyoooo!!! -Toilet bowl and basin and not install properly (shaking /rocking). -water pressure for (water heater) is low. - should mention earlier about the transport charges to and fro jetty/resort. - the door key is rusty, hard to take out.

As soon as we arrived at the Kg Juara jetty, there was already a staff waiting for us with a motorcycle to help us with the luggages (I personally asked the receptionist for this service beforehand since we brought a lot of stuffs with us) And it was only for free! Thumbs up for that. 👍 Next, you do not need to worry about the distance from the jetty to the resort since it is only a 5 minute walk and you can enjoy the calming breeze coming from the beach while walking. After checking in and got our keys, we noticed that the ceiling in one of our rooms was about to come off (its a minor inconvenience but still dangerous) so we informed the receptionist and she quickly asked for help from some people to fix it. And only after 10 minutes, the ceiling was fixed 👍 The room and the bathroom were all clean. But if you think the floor is a bit sandy you can clean it with a broom provided.

It would be so lovely if the resort can change the door lock from using keys to using a keycard. The keys were a bit rusty so we were kinda struggling to lock and unlock the door 😅

My chalet was in garden setting but close to beach. Room clean and beds comfortable...Pleasant staff at reception.

Management needs to close off the pathway that runs between the chalets to motorbikes and ensure that motorbikes are not driven and parked in the area where guests reside. These cause disturbance to other guests and are ruining the path which is also the only one for pedestrians! I barely got any sleep while there because of noise or would have stayed longer.

Excellent and cheap restaurant. The rooms are basic but comfortable and complete, with no downsides. The comfort was higher than expected for that price.

To get there, a taxi from Tekek is necessary, and it’s not included in the price. The ride itself is fun, but after all it’s an extra charge.

We had an amazing weekend stay at this hotel with friends! It delivered on its promises. The receptionists were super friendly, the location was fantastic - right in front of the beach. I highly recommend it and hope to visit again soon!

Location was excellent. We had the sea facing family room which was huge and comfortable.

The property is directly at the beautiful Juara beach. The food is delicious, rooms are clean, nice palm trees.

Breakfast and location was good.

Lack of shower gel and shampoo, which can be neglected but the batteries in fan and AC remote needs replacement.
