This is a wonderful piece of heaven. The owner puts a lot of love and thought into the details of everything. He is friendly and polite, and is always seen around the villa, self clearing tables at breakfast or doing maintenance of small things around the villa. The landscaping is gorgeous, it's plants and flowers everywhere. Every guest gets a remote control for the main electronic gate. I was upgraded to a villa with direct access to the pool, open the sliding door and the pool is at my feet. Room has unique layout design, quality thick towels and quality bottled water, not cheap brandless ones. Location is in between Kuah and Pantai Cenang, away from both crowds and noises. You can order food from Foodpanda and take a Grab car to anywhere. I highly recommend this wonderful villa to everyone. Support honest, local entrepreneurs and their businesses!

We had a villa with private pool. It was a little oasis after days out sightseeing and island hopping. The gardens are well kept, breakfast is good and plentiful (we don't usually have breakfast but had at least 3 on our 10 day stay). The owner and staff are friendly and very helpful. Villa Paddy is in the centre of the island away from busy tourist areas but with an excellent malay/Indian fusion restaurant within walking distance. There is a small shop next door for snacks and drinks, plus vending machines by the reception. There is a 24hour laundry 1km away. We hired a car, we think that transport (car or bike) is needed. This can be arranged when there, or beforehand, but get an International Drivers Permit beforehand if from the UK. It was incredibly humid at night during our visit; the accommodation had excellent ac and ceiling fans and we never felt the effects once inside. It was a very comfortable stay.

It's a small hotel so the personal touch from the owner and staff makes this place stand out from large hotels. The breakfast is wonderful and includes local specialties so overseas guests can try Malaysian food. We had to leave early on our last day (before breakfast starts at 8am) and the owner personally made the breakfast for us at 7:30 before his staff arrived which was very kind because we expected to forego breakfast. The location is in the middle of the island, off the tourist track which we liked, but you will need a car or use Grab to get around.

We stayed in Villa Paddy for 4 nights and had the best time here. I consider myself very lucky to have booked this accommodation. Our Villa was amazing, very clean, good smelling, we had a private pool and a very very comfy bed! The most comfortable I’ve slept during my 3 week travel. The big BONUS that came on top of it is the owner, staff and the manager of Villa Paddy. I’ve never felt so welcomed, the hospitality they showed us is indescribable. They texted us every day to ask what we want for breakfast the next morning, they were always available when we had questions and all in all the service is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life. They even packed us a big big breakfast for our departure!! I had very good experiences in Malaysia before but this one specially warmed my heart! We will come again and wish the owner and staff all the best! Stay healthy and see you again!

Villa Paddy hotel is upscale and has excellent service but lacks a strategic location to vital places, so we would like to advise customers to download and use Grab application for convenient and affordable taxi services. We also want hotel supervisors to ensure that customers have full knowledge of the Grab application.

Everything at Villa Paddy was fantastic!!! Mr. T and his staff were wonderful: great and friendly service, superb suggestions and service for activities on the island, great rooms with near private swimming pool, wonderful choice of breakfasts, clean and comfortable rooms with good appliances, a.c., shower, closets, et cetera. I can go on and on but it was all simply perfect!! Also, for our kids!! We would recommend it to anyone!!

The staff/owners were so helpful and friendly. They helped me sort out some transport. The accommodation was nice and quite clean although cleaning could be improved.

The room I was in, faced the road which made it quite noisy. The bed wasn't very comfortable and didn't feel 100% clean, it had a mattress type protector on only half of it. You definitely need transport.

Villa Paddy have a great location in a middle of the island which makes it easy to travel around the island. The 2 most beautiful beaches is also near by. All stuff and owner of the place is very friendly, helpful and we don’t have to think about anything. Breakfast was better than in 5*hotels. Rooms, bathroom are big and very comfortable, clean.

The accommodation is wonderful. The location and cleanliness are excellent, but the staff is exceptional, really good. The breakfast is great and the facilities are lovely. In addition, I had two rooms reserved for my family and, since the villa was free, they offered it to us for the same price.The first day we spent there it rained and, when we opened the door to the room, the staff had left an umbrella for us at the so we wouldn't get wet. They take care of every detail delicately. I couldn't recommend this accommodation enough, my family and I are delighted

The property was gated for security but within easy access to attractions, and has a private carpark. The collection of villas were thoughtfully designed with pockets of little gardens where you can have BBQs. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious! Local breakfast spread is delicious, and you do have a choice of Western breakfast. The owner and his staff were kind and really took care of the guests. We had a wonderful time.
