The staff were friendly, and there's more than 1 staff stanby for night shift. So, its easy if you need Anything. Water pressure for shower chef kiss. Love it.

No soundproofing. I woke up hearing screeching at midnight around 11pm-12am kinda ruin the mood.

Air-cond remote suddenly malfunction. After fix by remove the battery and put it back, the air-cond remote be come normal back

Tv screen broke can't watch, just can hear sound, but it's ok for just hearing, stay few day only

Please cleanup below the bed. I sleep in 2 different rooms for my 3 days and 2 nights stay, both rooms - under bed have a lot of dust and dirt as well, got sampah too. For room 609, please try sit on the toilet and move your butt to the left and right. The toilet felt like gonna tercabut from the tile already.

Friendly staff, very helpful, polite, and good service. The room was average size with amenities provided and worth the money. It is located near the city I'm heading to. There are many shops nearby: laundry, mamak, salai restaurant, hand pulled noodles, and so on.

I love the cleanliness of the room and got mini fridge every room which not always provided in budget hotel. Also they provide iron station on every level so u don't need to worry abt ironless clothes. Easy public parking area, got many shops such as mamak, laundrybar, pharmacy, restaurant.

Please prepare cash for payment (as backup if let say cannot use debit card). cos during my stay, the cashless payment cannot detect mine. and also they only accept deposit by cash.

Comfortable bed, mini fridge, Air-conditioning functioning, hot water & water pressure is good, near mini market and restaurant, the room is quite small, not many space but for the price, can't ask for more. Its still comfortable for our family ( 2 adult 1 kids).

The TV not working and sometimes there are water leaking from Aircond.

Girl receptionist very friendly 😘 Love staying here, the room was good, toilet so clean. Don't see any insect especially cockroach, thankfully. Good location, there is 24 hours clinic, mamak's restaurant, mart and so on nearby.

The mattress quite hard. Not sound proof room. Can hear people walking, talking outside the room.

The security was okay, room was clean and comfy. Overall was good for backpackers who j need a place to rest

No water bottles and bathroom was not up to standards, kettle had dirt in it as well.
