Loved this hotel, small but very clean & helpful staff especially Steve on reception. Road can be bit noisy if you are light sleeper ask to go at back of hotel. Mokka cafe lovely place for brekkie, the Japanese food stunning especially the ringit one.. Great shopping mall pavilion bukit 20mins walk through the beautiful park opposite the hotel. Free bus service to the metro muhibbia best one to get into down town. Just do the open Top tourist bus don't bother with private tour! I had nightmare! Mokka hotel is great place to stay when you first arrive! Thank you Steve

Room was clean, comfortable, modern style design. Location is very good. Check in out was easy n smooth. Security is good. Water pressure good.

Parking outside the shops in front of the hotel is very costly overnight. Guests should be advised to park in the basement where the rate is more reasonable if you are staying overnight. Based on the photos, I thought I chose a room with big window and a view, the room 403 has one small window overlooking the roof next door. Can hear loud people talking in d next room so soundwise not so good. The shower drain slow.

Good location. Easy access from the airport. Restaurants in the area. 25 minutes walk to the Bukit Jalil stadium. The hotel got electric adapters for the guests. The room was very basic, but I had all I needed (electric pot, bed, shower).

The receptionist intended to picture my bank card in order to save the number and expiry date in the hotel's system. I did not allow it. The noise easily comes to the room from the hallway. You might want to use earplugs or smth like that.

There is glitch with the room card where the electricity requires many tries to turn on by inserting the card into the cardholder. No one is actually able to assist on site that time at around 10pm. We tried for more than 30 mins until the electricity finally able to turn on. Till now there is no answer to why the card is not working. We are staying in room 401.

It's clean and tidy, the desk person was very nice and the check in was smooth. Nothing really specific that I liked, it's just your good average hotel that you would expect.

Honestly, nothing bad that I don't like, just not up to expectations. This was my second time there. the first time I stayed in a twin room and it was really good. There was a good view and everything. Just this time the single room I got was located at the back and it doesnt have a window. Nothing bad, just not what I expected.

Location was perfect if attending concert at Bukit Jalil... Check in was quick and instructions were clear. Acceptable room for price paid. Room view looking into recreational park for awesome... A nice walk the ncext morning too.

Can have more facilities like iron box and stuff for the price one pays. Ofcourse u might get on request for temp use.

Easy access to good food and place to do recreation. Bukit Jalil Recreation is just opposite for you to walk or run on the morning or evening. Pavilion at Bukit Jalil is also a walking distance , just need to walk through the park. Mokka Cafe below served good healthy food.
