Got the deluxe queen room. Large, clean and comfortable.

Facing the cafe and clubs, could hear music coming from it and people fighting at 3am

cozy, But can be improved with more facilities

Parking and muslim food is not eadily available in and around the facilities

fresh with good smell & spacious room compared with other hotel (same area), this hotel the best for me with reasonable price . The malay staff (male) very good & warm person👍👍👍

1)pack with customers becoz this is chinese eatery place. 2) not suitable for light sleeper becoz Night Club customer love to ramming their car- make noised 3) bathroom cleanliness have to improve a little bit ,need to be scrub 4) dusty table & keetle.

The room is clean and in good use. Staff are ok. The hotel located in Sri Petaling with a lot of restaurant and cafes around, very comfortable for good food.

We got the 1st floor room so it could be a little inconvenient if open the curtain (the opposite food court could see us). So better ask for a room on higher floors (most is 3rd floor).

Big room..many restaurants walking distance and 20 minutes to Axiata Arena ..staff very good and helpful.. morning have Chinese speaker..Mr Aiman was a good employee...

Parking is not too easy during peak hours and you need to pay use T&Go E-wallet..Tv only have 2 channel

The place is quite okay considering the pricing of the place, you pay for what you get. The staff was amazing, my wallet doesn't have small change when I was getting some snacks they treated me instead of finding small change, really appreaciated. The room was okay, everything is working as it should. Would book at this place again if there's a chance to.

The room has a kind of smell, though not bad it's definitely not pleasant for people with sensitive nose. The bedside table was only provided on one side me and my partner had to keep switching to use that one bedside table. The provided table is a bit too small too. Some parts of the room were a bit dusty. I hope that the service counter would have change for money for customers who wants to buy snacks there but doesn't have small change.

Was staying at L3, on the hot water for shower for 10 mins+ (all 3 times) it still never got hot until I done showering

I like this hotel, big room and value for money. The staff are very good and friendly. The staff name Aiman not only friendly but also highly skilled.
