• The location was great and strategic! Had good eateries and small retail outlets within walking distance. Room was very clean and room service was efficient. We stayed in a family room and the space was just nice for the 3 of us, value for money!

The lighting in our room was good but lobby lightings on first n second floor was not switched on for all the bulbs during our 2 nights there. Otherwise, all are good

The hotel has parking coupons available for sale. The reception is ready my checkin for me upon arrival. I didn't have to wait a long time to get my room. Parking was easy.

No prayer mat provided. Rooms are not soundproofed. But very minor inconveniences only

Location in town is central which is convenient and quiet which is good for resting. Room is clean and comfortable, enough space for 2 persons.

Lift is not available in the hotel. Floor drainage in the bathroom can be improved as water does not flow to the drain hole.

staff was friendly n helpful..very well verse of the area.. the family room bed was big enough for 4 adult n 1 kid below 7.. There is 7e just opposite the hotel other shops all walking distance..

there is KFC just below the hotel but unfortunately was closed temporary.

It was great and comfortable stayed. The bathroom was clean.

The floor was dirty though. I felt liked not quite comfortable walking with barefoot. I hope you clean the floor or provide slippers.

It’s our second stay. Very clean and well-maintained as usual. One of the best in Pontian. Very polite and helpful staffs

Unstable Wi-Fi but not a major issue

The reception girl is such a ray of sunshine. Ive been awake for 20 hours and she entertained my son, setting his mood at the best bcs he have been sick all day.

The wifi seems to be ‘no internet’ after 5pm. I am not really sure why but i hope they improve on that.

Location is great. Easy to find parking nearby. The staff is friendly and polite. Room is spacious and clean.

The bathroom tiles is slippery, be extra careful though.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of Pontian town with convenience shop and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean and rooms fairly large. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

There is no elevator to higher floors. It won't be a problem if the room is at the ground floor, that is.

Staff were polite and friendly. Great location and easy access to food.

The bathroom floor is very slippery. Be careful.
