Great location with so many choices of food, restaurants at surrounding area with walking distance. Hotel is clean and comfortable. I always stay in this hotel whenever i travel to Legoland since 2015.

The room given this round is weird in term of design. The basin is outside the toilet and very inconvenience when u have kids in the room. Whenever u turn on the water tap or washing stuff the sound will wake them up. Another improvement area needed is add more table. My room is 2 double bed for 4 people but the table to put luggage only enough for 2 people. Chair given is only one chair. Hanger only 3 pcs.

Convenience. Walking distance to all facilities needed such as good restaurant, bakery shop, coin laundry, DIY and many others. Price is ok for 2 nights staying for up to maximum 4 adults in one room

Hangers for hanging cloth were only provided 3 pieces for 3 adults staying. Should be provided more. No iron inside room. Need to pay parking space and has to install app to pay

Room was so comfortable and clean

The receptionist got 1 Malay girl I think she doing evening shift..her name something like pika..she was very² rude to customer..she can't even explain well to us..she keep raising her voice whenever we ask something and when we check out she just return deposit at table just like that..I really make my mood gone the whole stay..then the hairdryer spoil my son get electric shock..

Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and convenience stores. Food is very easy to get. Reachable by bus or by own vehicle. Room is spacious and comfy. Aircond is a bit too cold, but manageable. Check-in and checkout are also easy. Staffs are very friendly. Had a good time staying here.

Room was clean and spacious with ample toiletries. Location was good as there were free parking lots nearby with sufficient shops and eateries.

There was strong cigarette smell in my room. Would have been great if the TV reception was better and there were more TV channels in English

The staff on night shift but can't remember her name .. was very very rude to the guest the way she asking us question too rude... Better to be arranged a professional staff...

The rooms are very clean

The room light is a little too din . The reception took a little too long to process the admission . With the high tech culture , it should be faster but overall it bearable.

Services good location near for many food including halal and non halal .family cam enjoy.

When I stay the room aircorn condition that's no cooling like expected. .please improve I feel some of rooms only otherwise I'm ok.

Parking need to pay to the local authorities, simply headache for firsttimer guest like me

There is a waiting lounge with free snacks and drinks but it's not replenished and no housekeeping done with used drinking glasses on the table and snacks on the table.
