I like almost everything - got very good rate from Booking.com, hotel room was clean and spacious, the hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities, water dispenser in every level, 2 x large king sized bed very convenient for my family of 4, comfortable bed, we manage to get a suite room which was facing the car park and we can easily see our car from the hotel window, mini bar available, i like the separated toilet and shower.. overall, we love it!!!

Toilet/shower doors need more privacy - we had to switch off the toilet/shower light when using them. Hotel staff did not help us to throw the rubbish when we carry along to the lobby - she only told us there is nowhere to throw the rubbish, so we had to bring them and look for a bin outside the hotel 😩

Clean room & toilet. Bed is comfortable with 2 comfortable pillows for each of us. Toilet bowl seat’s size a bit awkward. Hopefully they will continue to maintain the quality & cleanliness of the room.

Not sure who is at fault. The staff told me the System from Booking.com not well updated. I’ve booked for Twin Beds room but the staff told me the Twin Beds room not available when I checked in. The staff said the system in Booking.com not updated in time. Luckily there’s other Queen Bed room available but I have to sleep with my friend on the same bed if not we will have no place to sleep for the night as we reached very late at night.

a very good hotel with nice, spacious and clean room. location wise is good also, where 99 mart in near, restaurants are nearby, even NB have its own restaurant. Really enjoy my in this hotel. Will definitely repeat again if coming to JB.

Not much to say, maybe on the wifi. the connection sometime on and off. maybe the hotel could improve more on that.

Hotel is very near to shops like Speedmart99, pizzahut, dominos pizza, dobby and other restaurants. It is also near the main road and mosque. Easy to reach the hotel, no traffic jam. We always stay in the 2 x king bed suite - very convenient for my family of 4 adults. Will surely come again.

Washroom glass door should be fully covered for privacy.

Great location. Very near to aeon bukit indah. There's a supermarket downstairs with alot of other eateries. U can even have ur car detailed and hair cut as everything is just a few doors away. Room is very spacious and clean. Hope the hotel maintain the standard. U will be surprise with the interior deco and cleanliness. They score high on this. Will definitely be back again.

The deco was stylishly done in a dark mode which gives an ambiance of luxury which i really appreciate! The rooms were spotless and clean! The pillows were super comfy and our rooms are super spacious!!!! Loved the deco the most, the furniture and the finishing esp the paintings in our room! The staff at the counter was very kind and helpful too! Will definitely stay here again!

We can hear the sound from the other room but that was not a major issue since we are so tired we dozed off anyway:'D

The hotel location is very convenient. Just walking distance to nearest mart, restaurant, clinic etc. & really near AEON mall if you need to do shopping. Only around 15mins drive to Legoland

Need to accomodate a fridge in the hotel room, as there is none. Unluckily travel during the child is unwell, & need to bring the antibiotics.Quite inconvenient for me.

Spacious clean rooms, staff helpful

Walls are a bit thin and all rooms seem to be connected by a door so I had to change rooms due to a very noisy couple next door. No alcohol allowed in rooms. Happy to respect my Muslim brothers and sisters but I don't think this was clear on Booking when I booked. I do usually like to enjoy a beer in the evening..

very clean, nice smell, comfy room. restaurants are nearby. suitable for solo/ partner trip. worth the money.

the front desk staffs were not friendly and very helpful. their attitude tires me more after a long day seminar

I love the room's cleanliness, especially the toilet. There is no weird smell of sorts. The air-conditioning and water pressure are functioning well, beyond my expectations. I really hope the hotel can maintain these best features. Superb! I'm looking forward to staying there again.

The late check-in. I got the room with the view of the construction site, of which I would rather have a choice then.
