I like the cleanliness 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, the good lighting, the curtains, and the bed linen, hoping it can be maintained that way. The toilet is definitely clean with good water pressure 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, making me appreciate the showers. I definitely will come back next time, probably for more days of leisure.

I hope the hotel can have more TV channels, at the very least, the basic channels, namely Malaysian and Singaporean channels. I think the hotel can do better with the towels. The texture of the towels is a bit rough and has a musty smell.

The location is the best. The amenities around are easy to go to. There were convenience store that is walkable. The place is clean. Food street nearby at night. Water pressure in the tap is good and strong.

Only one card was given per room. The aircon didn’t cool up immediately when we arrived.

The staff is friendly. Feel safe and comfortable throughout the stay period. The toilet is very clean.

The bed sheet is not clean and with some unpleasant smell. The sound proof is little weak but it don't bother me a lot.

There wasn’t any breakfast provided by the hotel. But the surrounding have plenty of nice food.

It’s called Jazz hotel. BUT THERE ISNT ANY JAZZ MUSIC PLAY IN THE LOBBY OR ALONG THE PATH WAY OF THE ROOM.

The cleanliness was very good, the location very systematic to acess to laundry, kk mart, kedai makan, aeon and so on..

The room that i book not provide the bathmat but that is not the big issue.. the key room cannot detect other card to keep the power on, for example aircond to make sure the room maintain cold even the guest not in their room.

Staff Sugam was friendly, very fast service. Room was big for both family and Deluxe king rooms. Lots of parking in front of hotel and eateries along the road. Hotel juz renovated i think, everything looks new. Sugam put usin 2 rooms next to each other which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Smokers, china guests, maybe who smokes within the hotel and in tiolet too. It was raining, we realized have no porch for us to get into car without being rained on and no umbrella tp borrow from hotel.

The location is great. Beds are really comfortable and clean.

The toilet was a bit dirty, particularly the door. There were marks on the curtain too. Perhaps a more frequent wash would be deserving.

For the price i like that they clean the room well. No Musty smell. Location is Ok as nearby many shops. Lok lok at night. Aeon mall is only 2 minutes drives away. Got family room as its suitable for those bringing kids.

The shower head is not working well, very loose so this need to improve. No Perfume for the room after cleaning will be better. Corridor has cigarettes smell luckily it didn't flow to the bedroom. It's located beside the road so do expect sounds of vehicles.

Location seemed safe and quiet. Staff were warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Affordability.

Wifi was bad. Poor sound insulation as we would always be woken up by the birds outside. The curtains were not blackout. We also suspect that the AC wasn’t cleaned because every time we were in the room, we’d get a runny nose.
