Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fitted for family of 4. The beds were super comfy. We slept so well. Staffs were kind and helpful. No food eateries at this area. It's ok for those who drives.

All the staffs since I checked in on 31 May till 2 June, they are so kind and very helpful. They way they liaise with Guest was so Impressed. Hotel smell very nice smell. All the things in the room are so comfortable including coffee 😅. What ever u asked from the staffs, they will really helped u. Thank u so much. My kids like to stayed and always said that the Kakak are so kind and helpful. Recommend All Zamburger Hotel in Johor Bahru 👍👍👍

the staff was nice to call us to inform that their place was fully booked and it was not blocked by booking .com...so i dont blame the hotel..but booking .com should be aware of this..

Surprisingly it has everything I needed for a satisfying overnight. Swift check-in, pleasant service at the counter, clean, acceptable space, nearby basic amenities, surau (Bakar Batu), and petrol kiosk.

Staff were very friendly and quick to respond. Room was very spacious for the price.
The signage still had not been changed from the old hotel Elmark name, and it was confusing. I had to call the no. in Booking.com to ask and confirm.

Friendly staffs who are able to respond promptly and provide suggestion.
Both piping/hose under the sink were leaking. Hopefully can be resolved soon. Perhaps the room can be checked thoroughly before guests check-in in the future.
