Good breakfast spread. Comfortable room.

Connection for the tv was poor the first night we were there. Aircon took quite long to cold. It is not a stroller/luggage/wheelchair friendly hotel to access. Need to carry up the stairs, not even one staff initiate to help assist especially returning guest.

For the price that I paid, I think this hotel deserves 9/10..from shaving kit, brush, iron, comb, hair dryer to fridge, they covered almost all the major essentials that is normally required. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean

The shower pressure was too low.

Breakfast spread was great with lots of variety.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom can be improved. I have to clean the desk and bathroom counter as it was still dusty. Not sure if there was quality check done by the housekeeping. Also, there was water accumulated at the shower area and the water takes a while to drain.

There is no hook for towel behind the toilet door. But they fixed it immediately after informing. Thumbs up for the good service

Room a bit small

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean room, value for money. While there's a few minutes of walking distance to the nearest midvalley mall, a free shuttle bus service is provided.

The floor of the shower ro om becomes slippery when it is wet. Please look into it.

The hotel was 15 mins' drive away (by public bus) from city centre, sited within 5 mins walk to the huge Mid-Valley mall. The location is far from the madding crowd (this is very good), but within what appears to be an industrial / office estate (this is not so good). I would rate this hotel as excellent if your objective is to relax while being away from the city centre and/or to do business around the area.

The "passage" to go to the mall is not so good. One way is to walk thru a big public carpark. The modest restaurants near the hotel is really modest in quality, so you have to walk to the mall even for a simple Malaysian breakfast.

The breakfast experience was a highlight of the stay, my family enjoyed the breakfast. The spread was good and the chocolate trolley was a really nice touch. The rooms were quiet and peaceful and I slept very well.

The staff at check in was really slow and took a long time checking us in. Her colleague was much faster and people behind us at the queue waited so long that they switched to the other line and was finished before us. Finally, her colleague cleared all the queue and was free and we were still left standing there (only ones) waiting as she typed and typed. She then presented us with one sheet of room to sign per room, circled every fine and asked us to sign. A really unpleasant experience. She kept typing and typing at the monitor and holding on to our passports I wondered what she was doing. I was getting worried and was going to say something, when she finally presented us with the form.

breakfast was excellent. there was a good variety and everything was fresh - even the juice was freshly squeezed. The service was exceptional. Fantastic service staff in the restaurant on Jan 18, Saturday morning. We chose Opero because of the location. It was near the shopping mall and yet, not too near - so we did not have to contend with the crowd.

The shower could have been better. The water flow was weak even when we turned the tap on full. It was a choice between a relatively strong spray of water, and water that was warm enough. We could only get good hot water if we did not turn on the tap full.

Loved the warm n friendly service from all the Opero staffs especially the front desk staffs Juliana n Tasha who is so helpful n thoughtful n really served from their heart,the warm n peaceful ambience of the hotel n always feel safe with their friendly n helpful security officers always on their guards when doing their rounds. Had fun at swimming pool with a peaceful ambience n enjoyed their breakfast buffet which is simply delicious n totally spoilt for choices.

The toilet areas can see dirt with algaes especially the blind area n shower wall n flooring which i think Opero shld totally look into the cleaniness of the toilet area as the rest was clean n well kept. Lapse of toilet cleaniness was a bit disappointing n really hope some clean up to be done as all is perfect for me at Opero except their lapse on the toilet cleaniness.
