The Room and hotel .....Good Except........

I've been to other hotels and able to check in early without any extra charges but for this hotel, I reached almost an hour early and unfortunately was told to pay extra RM10 if I wanna check in early. The toilet in the hotel room is 85% clean. The minus point also goes to the parking space in front or near the hotel which is always full. If you're lucky, you get a spot. I'll be looking for other better hotels in future.

The accommodation is way cleaner than expected. Clean bedsheets and toilet. Location was easily accessible to food spots, convenient store and spas.

Upon checking out, we requested if we could do a late checkout 1pm instead of given 12pm, the receptionist auntie offered the request at the cost of rm 10. maybe for her kopi money hahaha

2 adults to a room but only 1 small tube of hair shampoo n body soap. Approached receptionist n she reluctantly gave me 1 each. Her response: my boss directive! Head pillows not comfortable.

The property was tidy, the lobby fragrance smells nice. The daily house keeping was done well

There were no lift and we have to carry the big luggage ourselves to third floor

The toilet was fine. Although not like those 'atas' hotel, but everything was acceptable.. the bed, the toilet, the room.. very comfortable to stay as a family.

The hotel might consider on putting a refrigerator in the hotel rooms since there is no room service and the chinese lady staff cn consider to work on her customer service while communicating with customers.☺️

I feel they should keep mineral water bottles in every room instead of guests going and filling the water from the dispenser...that's only thing they should improve....

Luxury feel of place with affordable price point

Perhaps a small chiller drink or a mini fridge sweeten up the place more

The staff is friendly and even I reach early then expected, the staff did try her best to let me check in early with a small amount of fee. To be Frank, NOT all hotel or motel allow early check in.

The facility is quite bad. Water is not hot, the toilet door can't close because the handle drop off. The bed sheet is quite dirty also. But lucky I got bring my own sanitizer to kill those germs.

Could have more games or more kids playground since more on family friendly

The car park entrance is abit too dangerous due to the right to the corner from the opposite

the clealiness and the bed was bery comfortable

the standard room is not so spacious and quite hard ti perform prayer (for muslim)
