The hotel is conveniently located beside the mall. The hotel does not provide bottled water to reduce the use of plastic bottles. Instead, it provides a sterilised glass container for hotel guests to go to the water dispensers at two ends of the corridor to fill up drinking water. This step towards a greener world is admirable. The conceige team at the lobby is friendly and well-mannered. The process of keeping our luggage and retrieving them is easy and quick. The service personnel at the main door are quick to open car doors and assist guests with their luggage.

The food and coffee at the breakfast are not nice. For the extra bed we paid for, we are given a brown woollen blanket instead of the white feather comforter as the existing beds. No extra set of the cup and glass is provided, although we have an extra bed, that is, an additional person. We have to insist before the guest service sends another cup( but no extra glass is given). The queue at the lobby is quite long. We have to wait for 15-20 min before we can process check-in.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Linked to shopping mall.

The location of the hotel is very convenient which is most family preferred as you will be able to appreciate the hotel to be located just at the shopping center which has almost anything for you to shop, to eat, to play and etc. The hotel is clean and is well maintained, you would not need to worry about lift issue and the lift has its own purifying machine installed. The staff are prompt when you request for some toiletries in which you may have missed out from your packing list; shaver.

The breakfast option is quite limited and sufficient to fill your tummy. The breakfast seating is also limited so if it is during peak, you will face the issue where you have to wait and queue for quite awhile.

Nothing much... overall are good. Comfy bed but the room and toilet not so clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok... but the staff did not frequently check the buffet. I have to inform them that the flame for their hot water and teh tarik is off. Check in and check out is easy. But a bit dissappointed when they can't validate my touch n go for parking my hubby bike. They say that their machine have technical issue and the staff gave me a qr code paper which can't be insert as per their instruction... but lucky it is just a motorcycle and the parking fee is cheap so we just tap our touch n go card. St Giles is a best place to stay as the mall is just outside their side entrance. So you can shop and leave your bag in your room and continue shopping... foods is heaven as it is a big mall.

Location of the hotel was excellent as it is within the shopping mall. This makes it really convenient. The gym was pretty basic in equipment and sad that one key machine was spoilt. The service and the staff were courteous and pleasant. Overall, I would come back here again.

I made the booking via Booking.com and I had to make the booking with breakfast. I could not book just for the room. When I went for breakfast, it was too crowded and the quality of food was not to expectation. The food did not taste nice except for the nasi lemak. On Day 2, I opted to go to the shopping mall to have breakfast there and it was so much more quiet, pleasant and the quality of food was much better. Other than breakfast, the hotel is very good.

The hotel's location is conveniently near the mall, making it an ideal spot for shopping and entertainment. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall guest experience. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for their honesty and diligence. My friend accidentally left her necklace behind, and the housekeeping staff kept it safe and returned it to her. Thank you for the excellent service and care!

Although the stay was a bit pricey, we booked at the last minute. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use the facilities much as we were rushing out.

The spread of the breakfast buffet was great as well as the facilities. Rooms are well-equipped with functional air-con and wide variety of channels to choose from. There's also an option for screen mirroring for android phones. Location wise, it is accessible to Mid Valley Southkey and there's Gigi coffee and Oriental Kopi at the Lobby too!

There were quite a few insects spotted in the room. It would be good for the gym to open a bit earlier, like around 6am for early riser so that gym enthusiasts could workout before heading down for breakfast.

The breakfast buffet has lots of varieties and it was good. The food quality was nice. The room is decent enough, not big but acceptable for the 2 of us and the bed is firm and good. The view was spectacular. Very nice gesture of the staff to prepare the Balloons and swan for us, with a slice of cake :D as I have told them that we are here to celebrate our Anniversary.

The housekeeping could have been better. We stayed for 2 nights but they did not cleared the emptied mineral bottles, the used plate for the cake, and the bed was made with not much efforts. We were quite disappointed with this area and hope that you could look into this area too.

Near to Mid Valley so it was easy to head out to the mall! Room was decently sized and provided the amenities needed! Breakfast was great and provided a whole lot of variety ! Doorman is AMAZING!

Check in took forever. I booked two rooms and at check in time, they only had one room ready. It's fine. But they took till 5pm for the second room to be done and it ended up being different floors. In our respective room, we had connecting doors with the someone's room next time. My sister mentioned they could unlock from their side and I dont think that the safest. I didn't try for my room. Maybe I had too much high expectations? But I don't think this is one of the better hotel stays I had.

Disappointed with the breakfast at hotel cafe. Went down at 8.30am and already a queue formed at the lift lobby. Was told to wait and subsequently asked given an option if to dine at the business suite if do not wish to wait for 15 mins or more. Was told the food will be the same but ended not much variety. The pancake and wafers were cold. Milk for cereals was not cold.

The aircon in the room could be better. Got quite warm and unable to adjust the temperature. And the shower temperature if can do better. Was either too hot or too cold despite trying to adjust to the norm temperature.
