The hotel is conveniently located beside the mall. The hotel does not provide bottled water to reduce the use of plastic bottles. Instead, it provides a sterilised glass container for hotel guests to go to the water dispensers at two ends of the corridor to fill up drinking water. This step towards a greener world is admirable. The conceige team at the lobby is friendly and well-mannered. The process of keeping our luggage and retrieving them is easy and quick. The service personnel at the main door are quick to open car doors and assist guests with their luggage.

The food and coffee at the breakfast are not nice. For the extra bed we paid for, we are given a brown woollen blanket instead of the white feather comforter as the existing beds. No extra set of the cup and glass is provided, although we have an extra bed, that is, an additional person. We have to insist before the guest service sends another cup( but no extra glass is given). The queue at the lobby is quite long. We have to wait for 15-20 min before we can process check-in.

The breakfast at St. Giles has been a delightful experience. They offer a great spread of delicious food, from an interactive egg station to a diverse selection of Western, Asian, and American dishes. We're looking forward to enjoying it for the remainder of our stay – it's served conveniently from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM daily, and we've been very satisfied overall.

Our second room provided a good night's sleep in a comfortable and pleasant setting. However, we noted that the air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively unless set to 20 degrees Celsius or lower. Additionally, the bathroom had a faint stale smell.

We checked in on Mon for a night stay to celebrate my mum's birthday. After dinner, went up to the pub which is at the swimming pool, found that we cannot enter because every Monday is for private event. We asked to go to the swimming pool to sit down but would not enter the pub, the security told us cannot. This is not fair to us. Why we cannot visit the pool even if the pub is having a private event? If this is the case, inform us so that we can decide to book on Mon night or change to another day to stay.

The breakfast area was highly under capacity, is not even cater for 50% of the total guest capacity. We all need to queue for a while to get a table.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Linked to shopping mall.

Relatively same food menu for daily buffet breakfast. Hope to have variety.

Shopping, dining, massage… all just steps away. ✔️ Room was clean, modern, and comfy bed, with great views if you are on the higher floors. (Like mine) ✔️ Service was warm and efficient, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. ✔️ Breakfast was pretty decent too. Not mind-blowing, but better than many others in JB. It’s definitely pricier than the usual JB stay, but now I understand, you are paying for location and comfort.

The room service staff took 30mins to deliver my wine and another 30mins to deliver the wine opener. This is disappointing

Hotel staffs were professional and friendly. Even though there Hugh crowd during the check-in and check-out, the staffs remained calm and the whole process was super smooth. The security and luggage teams were fantastic as there were many requests from guests, but they fulfil each one of them. Most importantly, the hotel was just next to Mid Valley southkey megamall and I bought everything in this mall.

Breakfast time could be a little bit stressful although I went at 0630hrs. There was already queue at the restaurant even before 0630am. This is the first time I seen such crowd even at 0630hrs. But this is no fault of the hotel as this hotel is super popular with Singaporeans. I would definitely come again, but I would skip the breakfast as mid valley had lots of breakfast options.

The location of the hotel is very convenient which is most family preferred as you will be able to appreciate the hotel to be located just at the shopping center which has almost anything for you to shop, to eat, to play and etc. The hotel is clean and is well maintained, you would not need to worry about lift issue and the lift has its own purifying machine installed. The staff are prompt when you request for some toiletries in which you may have missed out from your packing list; shaver.

The breakfast option is quite limited and sufficient to fill your tummy. The breakfast seating is also limited so if it is during peak, you will face the issue where you have to wait and queue for quite awhile.

Nothing much... overall are good. Comfy bed but the room and toilet not so clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok... but the staff did not frequently check the buffet. I have to inform them that the flame for their hot water and teh tarik is off. Check in and check out is easy. But a bit dissappointed when they can't validate my touch n go for parking my hubby bike. They say that their machine have technical issue and the staff gave me a qr code paper which can't be insert as per their instruction... but lucky it is just a motorcycle and the parking fee is cheap so we just tap our touch n go card. St Giles is a best place to stay as the mall is just outside their side entrance. So you can shop and leave your bag in your room and continue shopping... foods is heaven as it is a big mall.

Location of the hotel was excellent as it is within the shopping mall. This makes it really convenient. The gym was pretty basic in equipment and sad that one key machine was spoilt. The service and the staff were courteous and pleasant. Overall, I would come back here again.

I made the booking via Booking.com and I had to make the booking with breakfast. I could not book just for the room. When I went for breakfast, it was too crowded and the quality of food was not to expectation. The food did not taste nice except for the nasi lemak. On Day 2, I opted to go to the shopping mall to have breakfast there and it was so much more quiet, pleasant and the quality of food was much better. Other than breakfast, the hotel is very good.

The hotel's location is conveniently near the mall, making it an ideal spot for shopping and entertainment. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall guest experience. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for their honesty and diligence. My friend accidentally left her necklace behind, and the housekeeping staff kept it safe and returned it to her. Thank you for the excellent service and care!

Although the stay was a bit pricey, we booked at the last minute. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use the facilities much as we were rushing out.
