1. Spacious and clean. The Junior Suite space is just nice for two persons and still able to allocate a space for you to pray. 2. Lift facility to go to each floor. Iron and iron board are provided. 3. Friendly staff. This includes the housekeeping lady. 4. Helpful staff. This especially when we facing some issue to pay the parking using the apps. The solution helps us alot.

Things to be considered for improvements. 1. Provide emergency floor plan on each floor. 2. Allow to reach the hotel's counter from the room via the phone provided in the room. 3. Provide one more dustbin in the toilet area. During my stay in Junior Suite, there is only one dustbin in the living area. 4. For the extra services provided by the hotel that involve payment, provide receipt of payment. In my case, we appreciate if the receipt of payment can be issued for the parking fees.

Most important and noteworthy "LIKE" is the attitude of the staffs who are polite, gracious, helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping performed their tasks exceedingly well. Another big plus is the availability of parking spaces which offers peace of mind for security of your car and close vicinity to the hotel. Flow of water, including hot water is good and reliable and the room is equipped with sufficient powsr outlets. Wifi signal is also satisfactory. Overall, a great and enjoyable stay.

A bit noisy in the morning from opening activities in adjoining shops but its only a slight inconvenience and does not last long.

Location is good as there were shops, eateries all around. Really not short of anything.

I meant for a hotel that's value for money, clean, good location, not noisy, there's really nothing for one to find fault with.

The Location is good there are plenty restaurants with in walking distant and convenience store such 7 eleven , kk mart and Aeon mall. good the hospitality definitely will stay again .

Only the parking due to public parking its hard to find when pick hour .

Very clean and new room as I was staying in the new building. Plenty of food, massage parlours around. KFC, McDonald's, Watsons round the corners.

Carpark is not free. So if u don't have a local Malaysian mobile number it can be a hassle to pay for charges via App as paper parking coupon no longer available

Location was good, a lot of shops/food around the area. The hotel staff was also able to help us with paying for street parking (starting at 8am) which was really helpful. Overall, we were happy to have found this hotel at the very last minute (there were issues with our initial reservation of a diff place) on a weekend.

For one the our rooms (family room), there was a pretty strong smell of the room being untouched for awhile, we needed strong AC to "clear the smell". We checked in pretty late at night, and somehow the credit card machine didn't work - so we had to pay with some cash and the balance with credit card the next day.

We booked last minute at close to midnight but the 24/7 concierge allowed me to check in even though it was so late and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. It was very affordable and the location was great with good food all around. Recommended!

Wifi was rather weak - for basic messaging it's fine but unable to stream videos.

It was clean, especially the toilet of the room that we got. Looks newly refurbished and no weird smells in the room. For stayovers of this price, it’s really a good experience.

it wasn’t really their fault but there wasn’t wifi cos the main service provider crashed and they could not fix it cos it was a public holiday weekend.

5mins drive to EDL and Midvalley Southkey, a lot of eatery and convenience stores surrounding the hotel. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and the shower is strong enough. Overall is good, worth the value.
