The room (superior queen bed) was quite clean. The lights are good. I can either off it or make it "dim". Toilet is quite okay, the problem is the floor drainage is not very good, but overall it's okay. Aircon is cold. The staff is polite and helpful. There's lots of parking area, and we don't need to pay for it. It's a new area. We can get more food another side of Permas Jaya. For breakfast, I walked out about 5 minutes behind mamak stall there's a pleasant cafe for simple toast bread and good coffee.

Very clean hotel and you will feel the relaxing scent. Its like a spa atmosphere which is very welcoming and relaxing. Even though the room is small, it fits me well since I'm alone. I like the light fixtures that they installed in the room which gives an elegant touch to it. I also appreciate for granting my request for a table and chair. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The toilet is very clean and well maintained.

The cable TV is not working, though it is not an issue with me as long as the WIFI is working well. I hope they serve free breakfast if they can. Also, quite far from downtown Johor.

I was very satisfied with how clean the hotel & room was. The staff was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again the next time at Permas Jaya. Although parking was free, its a little limited. We were blessed to get parking.

The bathroom a little tight. Shower above the toilet. I didn't have the need for a fridge or ironing board so not complaints there.

The room very nice, and the place too nice and comfortable to go shop all. Nearby food shops, aeon just nearby only and others.. The price also really very value of money.. I hope next time take a same place for staying. Thanks

Cleaning of room and toilet not so clean.. Others all OK and comfortable..

Bed is very comfortable, lightning are good for doing work, shower pressure is good. Body soap and shampoo smells very good (Like Johnson & Johnson products). Staffs are friendly.

Housekeeping maybe not so thorough in all areas. A packet of opened potato chips were found inside the cabinet, not sure how long has it been there.

The staff was very helpful. They made sure the two rooms were next door. The surrounding is also good. Near to mamak restaurant and aeon. This hotel has always been my choice whenever I go to JB.

All the counter staffs are excellent in service. They made me feel very comfortable with an ever smiley face.

Bathroom is a little tight but the overall experience was perfect.
