The room is spacious enough, good facilities, nice towels, got water dispenser to refill water, free parking and not crowded area. Just nice.

The toilet can be more cleaned than it is. The restaurant is far from the hotel, might need to order grabfood or foodpanda for convenience.

A great place to be at after a long day of shopping! We got the 1st floor family suite, felt like a motel. ❤️😅 Clean and spacious!

Since its beside a cafe, after 11pm we can hear ppl chitchatting, but it's ok, my husband managed to open the window and kindly asked them to lower down the volume, and the people moved table and we had a peaceful sleep! 🥰

Everything is provided, able to see your car at the front from the bedroom, give a sense of assurance, friendly staff, ah bang very cute & nice

No remote for aircon, is wall mounted control, would be better if it’s wireless remote. TV took some time to figure out the input

Basic amenities are provided, able to see your car parked infront of the hotel for better assurance. Miss out the grand opening car wash beside, would love to patron.

Aircon is abit noisy, maybe due for servicing of the blower, have rattling noises

The pillow provided from hotel should change, the pillow under the pillow cover was very dirty. The light in the room can be more brighter.

i like the room that are look not too bright and also dark.. the place are not too far from the city.. parking are easy access..

i choose to have the refrigerator in the room.. but the refrigerator are not functioning well, not too cold.. a little disappointed.. tv are not functioning..

Hope there will be another dustbin in Deluxe King Room, there is only one dustbin in a big room. Hopefully it will be have another one in the washroom too

The staff so friendly and recommend us some of the places to go around Johor Bahru. Besides, the location nearby with Kampung Senibong whereby a lot fresh seafood restaurants over there. Had a lovely day while enjoy the sunset over there.

Nothing much
