Location was pretty decent, not the most prime area but not too far from town. Pretty bright and lively, felt safe. Room was quite clean, condition is pretty good, seemed like newly renovated. Staff was amazing, greeted us and talked to us very politely. Even assisted to retrieve some money that we accidentally left under the mattress, very helpful.

Sound isolation is pretty bad as we could hear everything the opposite room was saying. One of the lifts was kinda shaky, felt unsafe.

location price cleanliness

a week before, i went to same hotel they accept QR as mode of payment for deposit. this week, i have to argue with the front desk and urge them to accept QR as well. They insisted on cash but finally I managed to convince them. Who do business in cash nowadays

The room was pretty good for a budget hotel . They had hot shower , hairdryers , a pair of towel , electric kettle , waterbottles and mini fridge . Toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste are available upon request. The front desk staffs were also good . They also have iron box at every floor . Lift is also available .

We booked the hotel a week before the stay. However upon reaching to the hotel after 7hrs of drive , the staff told us that we have to move to their other branch as the current hotel was overbooked by one of their staff. I was so dissapointed as we was looking forward to stay at the current place and it was convenient for us to travel to our relatives house nearby . In the end we had no choice but to stay at their other branch . Me and my husband was totally pist off . No calls or message was given to us when they gt to know that the hotel was overbooked . About the room : Cleanliness needs to be improved . Spider webs and dust near to beds. The toilet also stinks although it was clean . Maybe because the water has some kinda smell .

Decent hotel

The receptionist quite arrogant. I was not aware about the deposit. So, when i suggested that maybe it will be helpful if it is stated in the apps and she was defensive and sounded arrogant. But it’s fine. Everything was above average🙌

They have Coway water dispenser and that's great for a business traveller like me. The room is spacious enough. Wifi signal considered as good

The white pillow looks yellowish, maybe it's time to change a new one instead of just washing it.

Overall the hotel is nicely maintain, room looks clean as well. The only thing that bothered me is that my room did not come with a window. They should have indicated that in the description.

Friendly staff. Confirmed with occupant before letting visitors to the premise.

Fixed parking should be alloted for occupant coz some occupant are not local.

Staff really nice and good. Easy to communicate with them if we have a problem.

Don't have enough privacy. Can hear next room.

Solid value for money. There are parking spaces right in front of the hotel with CCTV coverage so I felt safe leaving my care there.

Walls are a bit thin.

Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, aircond and television working well.

Quite small, need to request iron.
