We were looking forward to the breakfast experience, and we were pleased with the overall quality of the breakfast spread. The selection of food was impressive, although the pancakes were somewhat firm and not served warm. The coffee machine was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed nearly two hours at breakfast. We look forward to exploring the gym and other facilities during our future visits.

The only concern we encountered was with the water heater in the room, which is currently non-functional. En Fadzly generously offered to have the heater repaired; however, since our stay was only for one night, we are comfortable with the occasional cold shower. Additionally, we noticed that the pathway to our room could benefit from improved lighting.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Wanted to praise her for helping us during check-in. The room was clean and spacious. Location wise although it's a bit far from central, but opposite the resort has some eating places.

Everything was nice except that I received an email stating that due to overbooking, our room had been cancelled. Got a shock as we were already check-in so worried about our baggages that was already in the apartment and also where to stay for the night if that's really the case. Luckily after we rushed back to the resort, it was just a false alarm. Still don't know why such a message was broadcasted.

nice restaurant they have water fountain & parking is easy and lot of parking space

my balcony view is facing new residence. the construction in a day is loud and can hear from room. need to close balcony door then it will be silent. but whats purpose they have balcony if we cannot enjoy the wind and need to close the door. room door is sliding door and dont have lock!

The place is actly old. but the rooms has been refurbished so everything seems new and clean.ah yes. the rooms are clean. my nephew got food poisoning n vomited in our room. i called the room service n he cleaned our room immediately, n made the room smells nice too. all staffs are friendly n smiley too. we checked into our 2nd room 1.5 hrs late bcos it wasn’t ready but the staffs keeps smiling and talking politely regardless how angry we were..kudos for their hospitality

the place is old. room check in were 1.5 hr late. the toiletries were not provided on our 2nd day stay, though i hv to say the shampoo and lotion feels and smells amazing and i thought i never liked lavender. the accessibility to pool, parking, lift can be quite confusing

Facilities in the room were as mentioned. Had a comfy stay. Easy access to food, banking and pharmacy. The ambience had a touch of peace and calmness. Balcony did assist when we wanna have some light breeze moments while having a cuppa tea/coffee.

The green view from the balcony is no longer green. Construction is ongoing and there's a bed of orange soil as far as the eyes can see, from the balcony.

Come here for short stay. Very comfortable room. All facilities for mom/woman basically there. Quite big room. Kids can play around. Food quite good,beyond expectations since we expect the food just ok but not. Breakfast nice, we order room service food also nice. Pool, gym, & kids room function well & clean. If no rainy day, we can take a walk nearby cafe,have fish pond there. Parking so easy. A really modest stay, but refreshing.

Cleanliness at cafe during breakfast need to improve. Just a little improvement will make it perfect.

Carpet and furniture have aged. Door stopper not working. So if leave the door to shut, it will slammed and noisy.
