The room quite big for two twin beds. Good location for business trip. Good parking facilities. Walking distance to restaurants e.g KFC, cafe, etc.

The doors and walls seemed quite thin, allowing noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms (such as TV sounds, conversations, and alarms) to be easily heard. This made it a bit challenging to rest undisturbed. Understand that some noise is unavoidable in a hotel setting, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in case improvements (such as better soundproofing or door seals) could be considered for future guest comfort.

Clean and spacious room, good breakfast, shops nearby. Free drinks in lobby and friendly staff. Overall I liked this place a lot. Good value for money and nothing major worth complaining about. Security is active at night, so it's safe as well.

Nothing major. Rooms could use streaming services like Netflix since there was big TV, but in the end I haven't used it at all since there were only local channels. Location of hotel is a bit far from center of Johor, so you need transport. Also beware of KFC in front of hotel, it gave me food poisoning unfortunately.

The location

My family room was for 4 adults but toothbrush only have 2? Not attentive to guests's booking. The family room aircon was leaking too but we didn't report it because we just realised in the morning before we checked out. We checked in and went out so didn't noticed much abt the aircon leaking Breakfast this time round was so so. Maybe standard dropping? Hope management can once in awhile check from room to room if required any touch up for walls, sink, floor etc. We do love to come back again but we also hope to see the Hotel can be up to the star rating.

D Elegance Grand is always my first choice when booking a hotel in JB. The family room is spacious enough to accommodate my children and I don’t have to book a separate adjoining room so everyone sleeps well. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable as well as the seats provided in the room. Breakfast is homey - tastes home cooked. The staff are very kind and always ready to help. Thank you for being my home away from home.

I love the AMAZING hotel staffs, they were always smiley. From the reception ,the housekeeper, the breakfast staffs. They are just amazing. And they are very prompt on my request and enquiry.. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! Cleanliness n facilities was amazing!!

The iron board is not proper. Can be better. We did request for extra service, but we are shocked to see a lady send the items to us at night alone. For safety reasons maybe best to send a man or at least 2 staff if it's a female.

Clean, 5 mins walk to KLIA Terminal 2

I was not comfortable with the pillows. No coffee, tea and kettle in the room. I tried the air-con with no feeling of temp change in the room. I then gave up as the ceiling fan was enough for cooling the room (outside temp was ok).

Reception staff: friendly and efficient. Housekeeping: room and beds are very clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast: Good enough to enjoy. Location: Right next to KFC which opens till 2AM, good for supper. Near to other amenities as well.

Coffee cups look clean but saucers are very dirty. Looks like it was never washed at all. No big shopping mall nearby.

The hotel is clean and the room was as shown in pictures except for a missing couch but was okay as we stayed only for 1 night. On the whole great value for money. I'll definitely stay over again and also recommend it to family and friends.

The breakfast was a bit of a let down. Utensils were dirty especially coffee / teaspoons and food items were taking time to replenish although it was just 9 am.

It was really comfortable, i enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and with many choices. The housekeeping staff did a great job in providing us fresh towels and cleaned our room. Much appreciate it.

The moment we arrived, no staff/bellboy was present to help us with our luggage/offered help. We had to carry our own bags to our room.

- Car park validate. So you have free parking if you stay here. - I book for 4pax per room. Size is big and comfortable. - Breakfast is nice. - Staffs are friendly.

- Shower head is broken but still can use. - Small towel only 2. Not enough for 4 persons. - Toothbrush also 2 sets only. Not enough for 4 persons.
