I stayed at Swan Garden Hotel for a business trip and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of work. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also very convenient — there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which made it easy to grab a meal or anything else I needed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend Swan Garden Hotel for both business and leisure trips.

The hotel was clean and peaceful, the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Basic amenities, clean towels and a heating kettle with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar kit were provided, which I liked most. Didn't take the breakfast being a Vegetarian and it was not included in the room price.

The hotel asked to pay 20 MYR extra money for check in at 13:00 hours instead of their standard check in time at 15:00 hours. We don't mind to pay, but the hotel check in time is too late. Generally, the hotels keep check out time of 12:00 noon and check in allowed to the guests arriving at 13:00 hours (1 hour may be required by cleaning staff). If the hotel is not fully booked then providing a room without extra charges should not be any issue. I am just concerned about the guests arriving at the hotel around 10:00 a.m. (need to wait for 5 hours for check in as per hotel policy!!!!!)

The room is clean, comfortable in terms of size, and plenty of F&B points nearby.

The room smells of plastic burning. The smell continues during my whole stay in the hotel. Another thing after taking lift, I had to walk for quite a distance before reaching my room.

Strategicly Situated . Restaurants,shop,hospital , hotels dan hypermarket nearby.

Food at theRestaurant in the hotel quite expensive. Breakfast too expensive.

Clean, good location, friendly & helpful staff and provide good facilities.

Not much just the water pressure for shower not so strong and dont have water heater.

Location was good, got many car park, staff very helpful, will come back again.

worth every penny. near with everything you need such as 7-11, supermarket, coffee beans. all in walkable distance. the room spacious for 3 of us.
