breakfast not included, but plenty of places around to grab some food or bagel and coffee and take back to eat at the roof top pool. literally right opposite the hawkes food market - Lau pa Sat and open till at last 3am, great to stop by on the way back to the hotel for some food. Bar in room was refilled daily with water, juices and snacks. Location was key, 5 min walk to metro, 10 min to China town, and 10 min walk to the marina bay.

as its a city hotlel, don't expect too much in size of room and view, but definately worth the stay due to its location.

We literally landed in Singapore on New Years Eve at 4pm and had to be ready for 630pm for a bat trip. We originally were booked in at the Fuarma City Center Hotel but upon arrival the room was supposed to be a deluxe room but it was appalling, tiny, no natural light, dirty and smelly. We complained, got told the hotel was full and got offered another room on the 6th floor but the whole carpet on the landing was filthy and the room doors looked like gangbangers flats in some drug den. Suffice to say, the room was disappointing was an understatement. It stank of must and the carpet was stained. The bathroom was tired and mould was around the grout of the sink edges. This was not a deluxe room by anyones imagination. So we spoke with the manager and the tour operator and were disgusted with what was supposed to be the start of a trip of alifetime and checked out. So I quickly looked on Booking.com and because I had previously seen the reviews of the Hotel Telegraph I made a reservation there. We jumped in a cab and were wowed from the minute we checked in. The lobby was glistening and decorated for Xmas and looked incredible and very welcoming. Anastasia on reception was delightful and provided us with a great room. We quickly got ready and had a fabulous new years eve. We didn't eat at the hotel, just had coffees and relaxed at the amazing roof top pool bar area which is stunning. The location of the hotel is perfect as directly opposite is La Pah Set food markets which in the evening turned into a street food frenzy of amazing satay stalls serving delicious food. Yes we paid over £1000 for four nights but considering the time of year and the speed of booking and brilliant accommodation, it was money well spent. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Very cool trendy vibe with a touch of luxury. I had the standard room but still it felt special!

Breakfast as a bit limited and it added up. I would suggest getting Brekky included. But no much to not like..

Newly refurbished (soft opening September 2024.) All systems and staff fully functioning - no teething problems whatsoever.

Meals and drinks seem a little expensive. Quality of meals and drinks is good, but not exceptional.

The location is wonderful. It is of walking distance to practically everywhere. Lau Pa Sat was just across the street. You will not grow hungry. Will definitely come back.

There was one staff who was not welcoming. But everyone else is friendly and accomodating.

Good location opposite food markets/satay. Easy walk to Chinatown, CBD and good local transport options. Plenty off food options nearby. Great pool and rooftop garden. The pool is big enough for laps without getting dizzy. Liked the ceiling picture/light.

Breakfast was good, but not extraordinary local options were very limited, sadly. Rooms are fairly cramped but most are in Singapore. The hotel looks very shiny, but small details are missing. The interior deign doesn't reflect the building's heritage, which is a shame.

Good parts - great service, very friendly staff, always ready to help. The room was big and perfect for our small family gathering for my son's 2 year old birthday. There was also complimentary fresh fruits which we enjoyed. The rooftop bar and pool was also really nice. Breakfast was fantastic and food was really delicious, just that it's abit on the pricey side. Lau Pa Sat just opposite the hotel had plenty of food options, however very crowded for weekday lunch and also very hot.

Not so great - while there was 3 mrt stations nearby, they were all about a 5-10min walk which with a stroller was pretty challenging. The design of the hotel and rooms are a little outdated. It was also a pretty expensive stay.

The pool upstairs was a major highlight for us. Terrific start to any holiday. The staff were absolutely lovely. Special mention to the porter special mention to a receptionist who helped us and special mention to a very interesting bar man person who entertained us with lots of information on cocktail ingredients. He gave us a very big welcome to Singapore with his genuine Singaporean warmth and professionalism. This boutique hotel is really interesting and a delight to stay at. Thank you QT Singapore. Good value and terrific location.

The concept of the hotel from colonial times with victorian interior. The bathtub in Balcony Suite was huge!! Love it! Smooth check-in & check-out. Pleasant staffs who never fails to acknowledge or greet us. Daily complimentary chocolates sent to our room. Also, my original room had issue with the aircon. They immediately changed us to another room. Love that they took action and assisted swiftly. It is just next to Lau Pa Sat and facing the Satay street.

No carpark, that being said, we have to park at the nearest building Robinson Point. Weekend charges were by per entry which is about $5+, but weekdays it is already hourly rate. That’s gonna cut a hole in your pocket.
