Mary, Maica and Carms were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked. The studio was very well placed in Chinatown. You just cross the street, walk 200m down Pagoda Street opposite and you're in Chinatown Metro station, which is also a hub for several other metro lines, making is easy to explore uptown and downtown. Plenty of eateries and bars close by - having explored Singapore for 10 days, I'd say CHinatown is the best base to use for the rest of the city.

Initially I couldn't get the door entry app to let me in, but Mary and the other staff helped out and after that it was no problem.

Absolutely phenomenal location as it is in the centre of Chinatown. Walkable to Lau Pa Sat, Maxwell Centre and just opposite the Chinatown Street Market. It is close to the Chinatown MRT and buses to Gardens by the Bay. If you're having trouble checking in, no need to worry as the staff Yani, Maica and Mary were all ready to assist. I was a little apprehensive about checking in without staff initially but a quick message made everything to much easier. A quick response was provided and Mary was available to assist in person in less than 60 seconds - fantastic customer service! Mary was also onsite to assist with the laundry facilities which was great. In terms of facilities, I was impressed by how the air con and the dehumidifier was already turned on before check in so being able to walk into a cool room was excellent. Unlike other hotels, lots of coat hangers were provided as well as a full sized fridge and freezer and good quality tissues and toilet paper. Overall, dedicated and friendly staff, easy to find, great location and fantastic amenities provided.

Just remember to bring slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush as they are not provided owing to the hotel's sustainability goals. There is a hot water button near the light switches that needs to be switched on 15-20 minutes if you want hot water for a shower. Just need to remember to switch it on when coming back to the hotel after a long day.

Really lovely central location. Straight out of door into the market and 2/3 mins to MRT which made travelling around Singapore do easy. Check in and digital key very easy even though I am m digitally inept . I had worried on arrival to Singapore that as no one was physically on the reception I might be locked out unable to gain entry. I was fine. The very nice cleaning lady YJ reassured me and I got in fine. All staff were prompt with their replies and requests I had re storing luggage etc The apartment was just what I needed. Snug and cosy. Lots of hot water, great air con ,fridge ,kettle lovely and quiet and do so easy Thank you for a great stay

Nothing it was fabulous

1. although the room is not large, it has all you need, even a washing and drying machine in the room. 2. comfortable bed. 3. convenient location near chinatown, just opposite to the Sri Mariamman Temple. it's located between 2 mrt stations, walking from each of them to the hostel takes <10 minutes. 4. helpful staff from Yani, Maica, and Mary.

1. they've got an app for check-in but it didn't work very well. i've tried for about 30 minutes before i could get the digital key. not the best experience when you have to do it under the temperature of 33 degrees. would suggest check in in advance. nevertheless, once acknowledging my situation, the staff was helpful enough to get me a real key card immediately for contingency. 2. the tv has no tv / radio channels or any logged-in accounts in the streaming platforms. you could virtually only watch youtube on it. a bit weird. (actually i would like to watch some local tv when i travel.)

Well maintained and very clean hotel at the heart of Chinatown. Great food selections at door step and public train transport within 5min walk. The unit has a washing machine, dryer and walk in wardrobe! It also comes with a window with privacy blind for ventilation. We highly recommend this generously furnished unit for long term stay. Hotel managers Mary, Maica and Lily are very responsive and helpful. Housekeeping deserves 10 star too. Check in procedures are much streamlined and more user-friendly.

Every stay with Heritage Collection is an improved experience, can’t recommend it enough.

Very convenient for travelling around the city. Hotel Facilities are good and clean. Digital and Human assistants are at high quality of service , and very high attemp to solve the clients' problems, all 24 hours.

I stay here the 2nd time in 4 months when coming to Singapore. This time I've made a wrong choice of room with window(room 01-01), so it locates next to the street and main entrance "A", which caused me a distirbance of people, vehicles' noice until late night. Also the beeb-beeb-beeb noice of Entrance Key keep disturbing me all the time I stay in my room. Next time, I will carefully check if I can avoid this room #01-01. I still love to stay here anytime I come to Singapore.

We had a fantastic stay in Singapore's Chinatown! The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to cultural sights, delicious street food, and vibrant markets. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. Mary, Maica, and Lily were exceptional in their service. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or helping with our travel arrangements, they were always there with a smile. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Singapore. We’ll definitely be back!

Super easy digital check-in process (be aware: you need to download a specific app). The hotel is located super central within Chinatwon and only a few minutes walk from the subway. The staff (especially Mary, Maica and Lili) were exceptional friendly and helpful. There was a WhatsApp Group chat available for all questions 24/7 and Mary was also on site during the day. There is also a possibility to wash laundry for free. If I visit Signapore again, I'll definetly stay at the Heritage Inn again.

Thin walls, you hear noises from other rooms. Due to environmental reasons the room does not get cleaned within a stay of 7 days. There was only a super tiny roof window so not really a lot of natural light (however, this is common in Asia and was already clear when we booked).

The location is the best for a tourist who wants to enjoy eateries and tourist spots around chinatown, raffles place and even Marina Bay area. Also, despite its relatively small size, the room has everything that a tourist would need. Also, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. You might be concerned of them having not a concierge that is 24 hours open but when you Whatsapp them, they are very responsive. I had to extend my staying and move my heavy-weighted luggage two times. Each time, the employees (Lily and Mary) moved the luggage for me to the room when there is no elevator! I would recommend this hotel to the visitors, and especially who comes alone.

The standout feature about this place is the helpful staff. Mary, Maica and Carmela as a team Meade sure ever question was answered and even came over to support me take my luggage up to the room. The place is small, studio apartment style with shared laundry. Really well located in Chinatown - close to all the main places. My location was on Smith Street. The other Chinatown location is also close by. I recommend for shorter stays. The place on Smith street does not have an elevator. So, if you have heavy or lot of luggage - important to consider this. It has basic amenities and it’s a good comfortable place to crash while exploring Chinatown.

Staircase access only was a challenge (the Smith street location).
