The crew made a huge difference. That's why I rate the place as 10 inspire some small inconveniences, which are nothing really when you get to deal with such good people. Before I arrived, I was quite nervous because of the issues described by some. So, I will address those issues. Roaches. None in 9 days. And even if thre was one or two, you must realize it's the Tropics. It's not your apartment in Paris or New York. You have a roach infestation there, not in Singapore. Noise from the dryer. Simple. Tell people to turn it off. Or, inform the crew. They will certainly take care of it after 10 PM. Other noises. I asked one couple to be quiet, and they were. So, just do something if somebody is inconciderate. Yes, I had peaceful nights. Hard bed. Must be joking! I have back problems and I hate hard beds and soft ones, too. Their mattress was really good, just right, I would say. Had two excellent pillows The entrance system. Yes, it's complicated the first time, but if you follow yhe directions, it works, and I have Android 14. Later on, its simple. However, i would rather have a physical key. And the system should be replaced. Service. This was, never an issue, but the ladies are better than best. Their response is instantaneous and VERY thorough. They are very polite and classy ladies I don't meet where I live or during my travels, and I am on the way 11 months a year, past 7 years. Yes, simple living and saving is paying off big time. I liked my refrigerator, micro and quiet and efficient AC. I set it at 25 and was very Happy. You should not freeze your room when it's so hot outside. Also, take cold showers as I did. Don't be a wimp. In the Tropics you do not need long hot showers. I had no humidity issues, but you will with those those hot showers. Dehumidifier. What for? It heats up the room while removing the moisture. The AC also removes the moisture.

I got what was offered and more. I can't complain, and I do when I am not happy.

My single room at Heritage Collection Chinatown was exceptionally comfortable — modern, clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was unbeatable, with three diverse heritage places of worship (a Hindu temple, a mosque, and a Buddhist temple) right across the road, along with three hawker centres offering hundreds of affordable local meals. It was also just a short walk to cultural spots, pre-war shophouses, and the vibrant Clarke Quay area with its trendy restaurants and nightlife along the Singapore River.

The only minor drawback was the self check-in process, which required downloading an app, uploading ID and payment details to get a digital key, and using this App to get in the hotel as well as my room didn’t work at all for me. However, the staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and quick to assist.

I stayed at three locations -- Chinatown, Pagoda St, and Smith St. All three are very close to the action while remaining quiet and homely on the inside. Pagoda St has a nice open patio with chargers and books, and both Pagoda St and Smith St open right to the middle of the action in Chinatown. I made the mistake of bringing too much luggage (for a longer stay in Singapore), but luckily the Heritage Ambassadors, Mary and Shannen, were on site and kindly helped me with my heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs! Mary and Shannen were always kind and welcoming during my stay. The 24/7 online/WhatsApp concierge, Yani, was always prompt with her responses and available to help. I had to extend my stay twice, and she was really helpful both times!

These hotels have at least one - three flights of stairs to your room, so be careful bringing too much luggage or if you need accessibility!

As I’m writing these lines, I have goosebumps! Before I even begin to describe this incredible and spotless stay, I want to mention four amazing people who were there for me 24/7: Divina, Mae, Bella, and Stella. These are people who truly took the time to care. On the very first day after my arrival, they even asked how I was feeling and whether everything was okay with the accommodation — how incredible is that? Thank you! You're doing so much more than just managing a hotel – you’re creating unforgettable experiences. Now, about the place itself: absolutely spotless, which is my number one priority! Everything is digital and smooth. The location is fantastic! Having walked through almost the entire city, I can honestly say that all Heritage Collection apartments are in amazing locations. If you want to fully enjoy this beautiful city, book with Heritage Collection! I'm not only in love with the city, but also with the wonderful people who turned my stay into one of the true highlights of my trip through Asia. ❤️

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Singapore and overall had a positive experience. The property was highly organized, offered excellent customer support, and featured modern, fully digital amenities which made check-in and overall interaction very efficient. Its prime location was another significant advantage, allowing easy access to popular attractions and transportation. For what you pay, it provides honest value for money.

Firstly, daily housekeeping isn't standard, and tasks such as laundry are expected to be managed independently by guests, which may not suit everyone. Additionally, due to the hotel’s fully digital approach, guests less familiar with technology might face difficulties navigating the various systems and could feel overwhelmed.

Mary, Maica and Carms were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked. The studio was very well placed in Chinatown. You just cross the street, walk 200m down Pagoda Street opposite and you're in Chinatown Metro station, which is also a hub for several other metro lines, making is easy to explore uptown and downtown. Plenty of eateries and bars close by - having explored Singapore for 10 days, I'd say CHinatown is the best base to use for the rest of the city.

Initially I couldn't get the door entry app to let me in, but Mary and the other staff helped out and after that it was no problem.

Location, Location, location. This hotel couldn't be in a better location. It's 4 minutes away from both the Chinatown complex and Maxwell and about 9 minutes from Lau Pa Sat. The hotel itself was very clean and well-stocked. I had some issues getting the app to work to let me in the room and the staff was so responsive! Yani tried to help me troubleshoot and when that didn't work Shannen and Mary on site swooped in to help. I would 1000% stay here next time I am in Singapore. (Also, the bed was super comfy but most importantly, the pillows were great! Super important for a good night of sleep. And the adapter in the room was a nice touch)

Because the hotel is only staffed from 9am to 6pm, storing luggage got a bit tricky but this can be worked around. The hotel was very accommodating and tried as much as possible to help out

The space! I was upgraded to an apartment which spacious and had everything I could need. Very pleased. And the place was so quiet. I thought it would be noisy because there were a few bars on the street but I didn't hear a thing outside. The staff was very sweet and kept checking in - Shout out to Divina, Joelle and Yani! They were prompt on text and made my stay super convenient! Would stay again:)

I wish there was housekeeping. Though I didn't ask for it either because I stayed for less than a week, so I'm not sure if it would've been accommodated.

The location was great and the room whilst small had everything we needed. The place was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. We did experience difficulty getting the digital key( We are not great with technology. We put it down to age) but the communication via What’s App was excellent and we were able to gain entry into the room and then they sent someone to get the digital key working for us. The room was cool when entered. We did love the communication to check in on us to make sure everything was okay. The rate for the room was very good and we would really recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you.

We booked a loft for 2 nights. It was very good value for money. The location is amazing, you are close to the public transport and Chinatown market is 2 second away for light souvenir shopping and ahopping centre is 10 min walking distance. Overall very good, I liked the free laundry facilities and Mary and Yani were great. They answered all of our questions very quickly and even hold our suitcases after checkout as we had a late flight. I would definitely recommend and stayed again.

Only thing I didn’t like was that for a serviced apartment the kitchen was a bit under equipped.
