Hotel in a nice district (Chinatown), it was quiet in the room, the room was small but full equiped and modern. Water bottle inside with tea and a kettle.

When I arrived in the room it was not clean ; on the floor, in my sheets (hairs), in the shower (hairs). During my stay, in a part of the hotel, it was on construction so a bit of noise and the smell of painting. You have to give a deposit of 100$ in CASH, a bit lot for a deposit.

The hotel is in the heart of Chinatown. It has all necessary amenities. It is very close to metro. There are several shops nearby. Several 7 11 stores are also there. There are several Eating options available as well. The staff is courteous and cooperative.

it’s a historical conserved building but the maintenance & restoration were quite well done, condition is maintained fairly well.

I felt the room cleaning processes were a bit disorganized & messy as I can see dirty towels & what not strewn outside the doors of the corridor to the rooms while we were checking into the room. Abit unsightly. It’s also a shame that the center of hotel where the highlight was (the restored old theatre area) were in a mess that looked like a storage area messy & unkept. what’s worse was that it is what you would immediately see when you enter the hotel. such a shame.

it was close to the mrt station, in the middle of chinatown, where there are a lot of shopping and food establishments. frontdesk staff were accommodating.

the room could have been cleaner. the towels smelled like they weren't dried properly.

All the staff were very helpful and courteous..manager shashik were very good and thoughtful..thank you very much.

Efficient. There was small leaking issue in the toilet but staffs were helpful and get it repair in short time. Great location, walking distance to tourist places and MRT. A lot of delicious food at the area.

so nosy . Across from the hotel restaurant with loud music. every day at 8am you can hear crazy music .

the thin wall 😡😩 other guest from next room talking loudly about his owing money .. wife problem .. expenses … can hear clearly OHMAIGAWD … nearly 3 hour on the phone 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ … dragging the chairs …. arranging the room I think … smoking on the balcony non stop then throw the cigarettes bud just like dtt …. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The receptionist said the customers must deposit 100 SGD yeah we all know but after I checked out she act like don’t wanna give some deposit back to me until I ask for that ! actually you have toreturn to the customer
