This hotel can be easy to miss but if you follow the numbering given on the address, you should be able to find it very easily. Just a 2 min walk from Chinatown MRT and you’re right at the doorstep. This hotel is built on shophouses from the colonial days and do not have lifts. But I’m sure the helpful receptionists will help if you ask. The hotel is newly renovated at the time when this review is posted. So everything was new and clean. Sheets and towels were spotless. Iron and ironing board provided. Hairdryer is available. The wifi was super fast and can take multiple devices. Soap and shampoo provided so travellers can travel light. The kitchenette came with all the utensils provided. Forks spoons knives, pots and pans to do your own cooking. The room came with all lighting thought of. Night lights, wardrobe lights, bathroom ambient lighting as well. You will be able to configure and customise to your own liking. Although the hotel faces the street where most tourists will walk, there is little noise because the windows are double paned which blocks all noise from reaching the room. So even if you’re sleeping in the day, there’s no way you will be disturbed by the street banter. Location wise, this place is in the heart of Chinatown and there are plenty of food option available. Chinatown complex is just 2 min walk from the hotel doorstep, where you can window shop or do actual shopping. The food complex is on the 2nd level of Chinatown complex where it will take you more than a month to sample every single dish. Chinatown point is also about 5 min walk away, and there you can find all sorts of eateries. There is also a supermarket (FairPrice) there, together with pharmacies (Watsons and Guardian) if you need. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any traveller.

Some areas of improvement.. could have a clock in the room for guests to tell the time, some hooks for hand towels and some local TV channels for guests to watch and be entertained. Nothing much to bowl over though.

The location is good. The hotel is 1minute from MRT chinatown station exit A. There are many souvenir shops, fruit shops, and restaurants around the hotel. It's been open for a while, so the rooms are neat and the beds and bedding are comfortable. The hotel is quiet and soundproofed. There is a shared terrace.

The staff is not on duty all the time, so it is not easy to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

The room was quite a squeeze and felt a little claustrophobic at times however I knew that may be the case beforehand from the photos. The room was exceptionally clean and sparkly. I expected it to perhaps be noisy from the busy area however this was not the case. The room was very quiet at all times. The air-conditioning worked very well although I don’t like that it points directly at the bed (just my preference). The location is fantastic. A fab area and useful access to the nearest MRT. The staff were amazing. I had a lot of questions regarding nearby attractions/travel/food etc and they gave me such helpful advice each time. Special thanks to Yani, Maica and Mary. I would definitely stay at one of your hotels again.

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Collection on Pagoda! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Chinatown, with easy access to MRT, local eateries, and cultural sights, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips. A special thank you to Mary, Yani, and Maica — their hospitality was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, always cheerful, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet a team so attentive and considerate. I also really appreciated the convenient self-check-in system and mobile app — seamless, intuitive, and ideal for travelers. From accessing the room to finding local recommendations, everything was made simple. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Singapore. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location right in Chinatown, but the room was also super quiet and comfortable. The bed was the best I've had in the last two months of traveling. It's cozy, but it's big enough for a couple to spend a few nights. If you're by yourself, you could definitely spend more time here. There are two mini splits which was amazing so the room is always a good temperature. It's great to have a desk, mini fridge, hangers, kettle, microwave, drawers, etc. You could have some of your own meals here if you wanted to. There is a lot packed into the small space! The shower is also very nice, and the wifi was strong. Our room was by the terrace, so we got some good lighting from that too which was great. The blackout curtain was nice. The mobile check-in wasn't too bad at all. I recommend downloading the app at least a couple days before to get all set up & check emails the day of your arrival or at the airport. The support was very responsive too. Maica, Mary, and Yani were very helpful when needed.

Great central location. It was compact but well designed. Very clean and had all we needed. Good view over Pagoda street, also quiet. Would stay again.

Long flight of stairs to carry our suitcases (3rd floor - but we were warned). A bit cramped but effective.

Amazing location right in the heart of Chinatown & super close to the MRT. Shannen & Yani were very accommodating and easy to contact via WhatsApp. The room is small (as advertised) but very clean with a comfortable bed. For those nervous about the online check-in / mobile phone door key - the team are on site from 9am to 6pm to help you get set up if needed. You can connect to the hotel wifi from the front door if you get stuck & need to be able to get in touch with them. Once set up, the mobile phone room key was very easy to use. You just need to make sure you place your phone in the right spot on the scanner :) overall would definitely recommend Heritage Collection on Pagoda for a stay in Singapore - heaps of hawker centres nearby and the MRT is on your doorstep if you want to travel further away.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Chinatown and just steps away from the MRT station. It’s surrounded by amazing food spots and shopping options, and it provides easy access to all the main highlights of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Maica, Mary, and Yani. Their virtual assistance was prompt and efficient, and they went above and beyond by storing our bags after checkout and giving us convenient access for collection later. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, cleverly fitting many facilities into a compact space. Just a heads-up: space is tight if you have a lot of luggage, but it’s manageable. Overall, a great value stay in a super convenient location with excellent service!

This is a heritage building, so there’s no elevator and you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Also, the entrance is located behind food stalls, which might make it a little tricky to spot at first, but the instructions provided are clear and helpful.

Overall a satisfying experience at Heritage Collection on Pagoda with my partner. Hotel was modern, clean and cozy enough for the price we paid. Loved that there were utilities like a toaster, kettle, microwave, a spacious mini-fridge and even some simple cooking ware which gave us an option of having meals in. Alex was both friendly, accommodating and responsive, especially with our requests, this made check-in/check-out easy. Location is also perfect as it's right next to Chinatown MRT. Will definitely consider booking this place again in the future! Cheers!

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and had a comfortable experience without any major issues. I was initially concerned about the room size and the shower water, but for two women, the room didn’t feel too cramped. However, there wasn’t enough space to fully open two suitcases. The water temperature occasionally became lukewarm, but it was still usable without any problems. During my stay, Mary, Maica, and Lily were very helpful, delivering any items we needed, which made us feel at ease throughout. It was my first time using a smartphone to unlock the door, and I found it quite difficult at first, but once I got used to it, there were no issues at all! (The trick is to point the screen side of the phone toward the door.) It was a very pleasant stay! Thank you, Mary, Maica, and Lily!

There weren’t any particular negative points. The location is very convenient, being close to Chinatown Station. However, the fact that the hotel only has stairs was a bit challenging.
