This hotel can be easy to miss but if you follow the numbering given on the address, you should be able to find it very easily. Just a 2 min walk from Chinatown MRT and you’re right at the doorstep. This hotel is built on shophouses from the colonial days and do not have lifts. But I’m sure the helpful receptionists will help if you ask. The hotel is newly renovated at the time when this review is posted. So everything was new and clean. Sheets and towels were spotless. Iron and ironing board provided. Hairdryer is available. The wifi was super fast and can take multiple devices. Soap and shampoo provided so travellers can travel light. The kitchenette came with all the utensils provided. Forks spoons knives, pots and pans to do your own cooking. The room came with all lighting thought of. Night lights, wardrobe lights, bathroom ambient lighting as well. You will be able to configure and customise to your own liking. Although the hotel faces the street where most tourists will walk, there is little noise because the windows are double paned which blocks all noise from reaching the room. So even if you’re sleeping in the day, there’s no way you will be disturbed by the street banter. Location wise, this place is in the heart of Chinatown and there are plenty of food option available. Chinatown complex is just 2 min walk from the hotel doorstep, where you can window shop or do actual shopping. The food complex is on the 2nd level of Chinatown complex where it will take you more than a month to sample every single dish. Chinatown point is also about 5 min walk away, and there you can find all sorts of eateries. There is also a supermarket (FairPrice) there, together with pharmacies (Watsons and Guardian) if you need. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any traveller.

Some areas of improvement.. could have a clock in the room for guests to tell the time, some hooks for hand towels and some local TV channels for guests to watch and be entertained. Nothing much to bowl over though.

The location is good. The hotel is 1minute from MRT chinatown station exit A. There are many souvenir shops, fruit shops, and restaurants around the hotel. It's been open for a while, so the rooms are neat and the beds and bedding are comfortable. The hotel is quiet and soundproofed. There is a shared terrace.

The staff is not on duty all the time, so it is not easy to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Overall a satisfying experience at Heritage Collection on Pagoda with my partner. Hotel was modern, clean and cozy enough for the price we paid. Loved that there were utilities like a toaster, kettle, microwave, a spacious mini-fridge and even some simple cooking ware which gave us an option of having meals in. Alex was both friendly, accommodating and responsive, especially with our requests, this made check-in/check-out easy. Location is also perfect as it's right next to Chinatown MRT. Will definitely consider booking this place again in the future! Cheers!

Very convenience location, and the staff there is helpful and kind.

Due to digital check in, it’s not convenient for luggage storage, but the staff is very helpful.

Just 45 min from airport via MRT. Situated right in the hustle & bustle of China town. Great signiage for the MRT, the Pagoda exit is only meters from accommodation. Alex & Mary very present, quick easy communication via What's App. Initially, i was concerned about digital check in due to phone wifi & data. Staff were still on site to check me in if needed. The Room had all I needed, clean comfortable, double glazed windows block out the street noise. So many things to see & do, eat & drink right at the door step.

I like a top sheet, not just doona. Although not a big deal other hotels do the same & I'm.sure if requested I would have been provided.

The room was fantastic. AC to cool off from a hot day. Great showers. Great sound isolation from the street, you could hear it but it was not too loud. And the best part was Alex who helped us check in. He helped teach us how to get checked-in, the app is finiciky and requires a lot of restarting, but with Alex we learned it all. We were able to leave our luggage early with him and he gave great instructions on how to use MRT and places to go for the day befoer we could fully check-in. I would happily stay here again and hope Alex is there to help us get settled in, he really put the whole expereince over the top!

The Heritage Hotel app is really tricky. It fails and closes often and doesn't provide the best guidance for setup. But once you finish, the key works well to get in the hotel and room.

The property is located in the heart of Chinatown right next to Chinatown MRT station for easy travel. It is on a busy, vibrant street but a quiet room as it is sound proof. There are so many bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets to choose from. The hotel is digital access with a smooth check in/out process, great wifi and air conditioned. The room was clean, compact but with full amenities. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Alex our host was awesome and very helpful checking in on our comfort. Highly recommend a stay here if you want a clean comfortable vibrant stay.

The bed in our room was on a loft landing so slightly cumbersome to get to the loo at times via steep stairs.

Heritage Collection would be my first stay for a stay in Singapore. The rooms are super compact, they are small, but have everything you need. They are very modern. Two people can fit. You don't hear anything from the street, although you are directly in the center (no windows, but that is an advantage here).

You might hear some noise from the neighbours, not too much, but a bit might be there. Also, they have implemented a system where you open the door using an app on your phone which sounds fancy until you have to do it 10 times for it to work. However, they provided a card upon request, which was easier.

The location is perfect: one minute's walk to the MRT (subway) and right amongst the hustle and bustle of Chinatown, with its incredible sights and tastes. We stayed in a loft room: modern, clean and very functional despite its compact size. For a 'digital hotel', the service felt incredibly personal! Alex and his team were so responsive and did all they could to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. We communicated via WhatsApp and this worked so well.

It was fine for us, but perhaps not for everyone: we stayed in a loft room, and there was a steep staircase leading to the bed - and this is on top of the three flights of stairs leading to the room (there's no lift). Other than this, absolutely no complaints.
