It's tough to find a family-friendly room in Singapore and this hotel has rooms with 2 queen beds and a private bathroom which was great. The rooms are indeed super-tiny but we expected that, and they do a good job with shelves and cubby space so we were able to fit all 4 suitcases by carefully arranging everything. No place to sit except for the beds but that was fine for our short 2 night stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sometimes the staff manages the front desk for both Cube hotels at the same time so occasionally there was nobody at the front desk but you can always find someone next door. It can be tricky to locate the front door the first time; it's literally just a small opening between shops; but it is findable. Everything in the room worked great and was comfortable. We also really appreciated the location in the center of chinatown with so much to see and do right out the front door, and a metro stop just a 3 minute walk away.

Biggest bummer was the noise from the room next door. Our room had the option to connect to the adjacent room so all that separated the rooms were two thin sliding doors. You could see the light from the other room right through the sides and bottom of the door and hear every single word they said just a couple feet away. We lucked into a corner room so only had 1 neighbor, but they were awake both nights until about 1am with a yelling (I mean screaming) kid, so we didn't really sleep until they did. Probably not much the hotel can do about this if they want to offer adjoining rooms, but I do recommend bringing some sort of white noise option on your phone or device to drown out the neighbors.

Loved the location and the facilities provided. They also had a lot of unexpected services provided particularly for families with young kids. They had a bottle sterilizer, warmers, hot water dispenser and free snacks. Staff were also really friendly and accommodating. Bed size and heights were comfortable considering they are bunkbeds.

How much smaller it is compared to photos on the site and there is not enough room to store several suitcases and the bathroom was pretty cramp.

The location is just down the road from China town and pretty close to the train station. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a small kitchen area in the lobby that we could use. The kids loved that there were also lolly pops in the lobby. Its greatbhave everything we needed was available in the space.

The walls are a little thin but nothing early plugs cant fix.

It does have a superb location. Hawkers stall just across the road. "Surrounded" by establishments that aims to serve travellers. Busing or MRTing around major areas are just few stations away. (May be that's why the price can stay in mid high range).

It is a on 2nd floor of the Town shop houses with no elevator. Going up and down with heavy luggage is not easy....

Excellent customer service and perfect location.

piece of advice. when booking for more than 1 room make sure to request that your rooms be in one floor or next to each other if possible. Request that room 302 will not be your room if possible.

CUBE Family Boutique Capsule Hotel at Chinatown is in an excellent location above famous Hawker Chan’s (previously) Michelin starred food restaurant. Excellent location near China town MRT. Close to many amenities. The family room we were in happily slept 3 people (could’ve easily been 4 if needed.) There is a laundry room which is very useful too. Would stay here again.

Prepare for stairs if you have a heavy suitcase.

Great location with plenty of food options nearby, close to the MRT station, and easily accessible. Receptionist always helpful and friendly.

This was our first experience with a capsule-style stay, and we booked a family suite. The room was narrow, and we kept accidentally bumping our heads when we weren’t paying attention.

Excellent location - 5 minute walk from MRT. Plenty of restraints around, 7/11 nearby for supplies. Easy check in and good for a stay with older kids. Rooms are compact but perfect for a budget city stay. Luggage holding is very helpful. Very helpful and friendly staff. This was our second time using this place, and I'd use it again.

Rooms are definitely on the small side, but it's all ok if you only have minimal luggage and that you are only using the room to sleep in.

The location of this hotel is perfect - close to MRT and to nice cafes and restaurants for breakfast and tea. Very safe area, teenage children were able to find their way to and from the hotel independently. Room was perfect for what we needed - snug, but clean. Bed was comfy.

It was a little claustrophobic not having a window and natural light. But we weren't in the room very much as there is so much to see in Singapore.

Very convenient location. Loved being so close to the action at Maxwell food centre. Taxis cheap to get round to all the other usual suspects like gardens of the bay and the marina sands. Plenty to see and do around Chinatown as well. Was glad we left the majority of our luggage at the airport (storage was quick and easy there), room was small. Would have preferred windows, but we slept like babies in the lovely cool rooms so perhaps it was to our advantage!
