The location is literally 2 mins walk from the Chinatown MRT. Clean. The room is small, very compact!

It's right next to the street. Every night, around 2am the garbage truck will arrive and it is super noisy. If you're a light sleeper please skip the hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. I stayed there 2 nights. The hotel is expanding and under reconstruction. First night my room was directly adjacent to the part under reconstruction and it was no fun to wake up 9 o'clock in the morning by the sound of a demolition Hammer as when it's in your room. When checking in I was told that there might be slight noises..... Har har har. For the 2nd night I was moved to another room and this was quiet and nice. The rooms are small (very small) but with excellent beds and brand new bathrooms, TV etc. As option you can choose a slightly bigger room. There is compliment water, coffee and tea along with a water boiler. Location is 5 min walk from MRT Chinatown, in the street are loads of restaurants. Even Bayfront with Marina Sands and the wonderful Gardens is just 27min by MRT or 32 min by walking. I decided to walk. I would definitely come back to this place.

Noise since house is under reconstruction. But this will be oder by end of May (as I've been told)

Hotel manager was accomodating. After first night, room facing front of street was too noisy and we did not sleep too well, window was not sound proof! As we intend to stay two more nights, made a complaint to the manager who took immediate action and moved us to an inner room with a different and bigger layout. It was a new wing of the hotel and room was satisfactory; clean, bigger, very good shower and much quieter. We appreciated the "upgrade" room!

Room facing the front of the street was noisy and very compact.

I stayed in a big room in the back of the building. It had plenty of space to move around, a comfortable bed, good cleaning service every day, and windows that opened, allowing me to feel immersed in the atmosphere of this historic district.

It’s noisy outside. Being from a large city, I’m used to street noise. But those who are accustomed to a more suburban environment might not like it.

The staff was quite nice and flexible. The location is at the center of chinatown and very convenient.

I stayed in two rooms with and without a window. The room without any windows was quite dim and humid. When I entered the room, I was a bit overwhelmed with the uncomfortable atmosphere. But the room with a window didn’t have the problem and was quite good. Some of the towels had stains.

The room is small but cute design. Designer really know how to maximise the space usage.

1) The aircond blow directly against the bedhead. We have to sleep in the other way. 2) Not enough hook to hang our clothing as we stayed for 4 nights. 3) Not enough towel hanger.

The location is great, in the middle of Chinatown. I could walk to lots of restaurants, food courts, shopping, and the MRT stations. There is a safe in the room.

The lights were dim. It was difficult to put on makeup and to read things. I had to use my cellphone lights often. The street outside my room was noisy late into the night.

It is located nearby tourist to-do list, such as bak kwa stores (eg. Bee Cheng Hiang / Lim Chee Guan). Chinatown Point Shopping Mall, you have Fair Price grocery to stock up for souvenirs (eg. Salted egg fish skin snacks from brands like Irwins / Golden Duck). Really give thumbs up to the high water pressure, stayed at 5th floor also get big flow from faucets.

Should install better sound proof walls

location was great. It is beside a shopping mall and very accessible to food and restaurant. Can easily get transport to anywhere in Singapore

The room is kind of small and the lack of windows make the stay uncomfortable. However the good location and the nice breakfast kind of make up for the disadvantages.

Room is very spacious. You can hear some works from the outside at day time. However, I am not in the hotel most of the day and it is pretty quiet at night.
